They made constant mistakes, and cost me money, yet charged me full price with threats to sue me (when they made mistakes)! After getting little traction trying to rent my flat out in Queenspark, I approached Marsh&Parsons. Within the hour Thaminah the rentals manager had visited me and instantly instilled me with confidence about this whole rental property. The following day, I was introduced to her negotiator and also a lovely professional chap came round to take pictures which were pretty much immediately published. I would highly recommend this agency and although I haven’t had contact with the sales team, if it is inline with the rentals team then this agency must be at the top of your list in the Queens Park region.

Terrible experience buying my property through the Richmond branch. Their tactics involve emotional blackmail and threats. Jessica in the Richmond branch dealt with my sale and it was a very unpleasant experience that caused me a lot of stress and is a reason why I will not be using them in the re sale of my house. Please if you can, avoid this estate agent.
