Excellent property management!

M&P provides great property management services. As a tenant, I felt that the property manager was accessible and attentive to things that needed fixing. The communication is clear and timely and they employ excellent third-party contractors to get the job done. Definitely would recommend a M&P managed property; Derbhla is a star property manager!The renewals negotiations team is another story as they obviously favor landlords and the outcomes can be unfair for tenants. They can for sure benefit from taking a page out of the M&P property management team's book on communication as well as on how to better their interpersonal skills working in a service industry.

Weronika was extremely helpful and polite and dealt with my problem fast and efficiently. I was frustrated about a problem with a broken boiler in the flat M&P let for us and she was very professional and got on it straight away. I'm grateful for her taking the time to step in for a colleague who was off sick as I'm sure she had her own clients to be dealing with too!

She is by far the best one, very professional and courteous and friendly and always replies on time and always is there to lend a hand when I need help with something. A very positive experience working with M+P for the duration of my flat sale. I had originally put my flat on the market with another agent, but following a bad experience with them, added M+P into the mix. Trying to sell a flat in London mid-pandemic wasn't as straightforward as I had hoped, but once M+P got an offer for me they were very professional and responsive. When that offer fell through, they had another offer within a week or so which meant we didn't lose much time at all. Harry was my contact and was organised, professional, dealt directly with my solicitor and offered sound advice when needed. Would definitely recommend M+P to others selling in the area. Abysmal service

Abysmal service. Took them 2 years to do the first inspection despite continuous chasing. The contractors they use for any work (MasterFix - google them) are terrible, expensive and also pretty useless. Theyve made the whole property rental process miserable and I cant wait to be done with them.To make it even worse, instead of addressing the issues and trying to fix it, they reported my original review for containing the name of the property manager who is beyond useless.
