Dear Adam, we are so sorry you feel this way. We understand that the property you applied for was already tenanted beforehand, with the relevant checks and up to date safety certificates so there was no need to do these again before your move in. However, we regret that when you did move in there was an issue that was not reported by the previous tenant, and therefore could not be resolved easily for you. We understood your decision to surrender the property and made sure that you received your deposit monies, 6 months rent and admin fee back in full as soon as possible. And would like to take this opportunity to apologise again for any inconvenience caused by this special circumstance, and hope that we are able to assist you with another property search again in the near future.
