GoogleThis company is a joke. They dont return the deposit on time and when they finally do (4 months later) they return you the wrong quantity. When you ask them for your money they say the need to investigate why the money is not in the account. Really bad experiencia with all of them: Ross E, Jibby, Joao,James C, Ria G and Thomas E. If you have a problem in your flat...you better sit down and breath.... they took 7 months to replace a dishwasher which was broken in the flat since we moved in the first day. They also left the broken dishwasher by the entrance of my flat 4 months more. Excuses for everythig "the landlord......" Awful experience, seriously!

GoogleSo I've only experienced viewings, but I've found Irina very helpful. She sends me properties that fit my criteria and that I'm generally interested in (sounds obvious but its amazing how many agents ignore those details and spam me with completely inappropriate options). Always friendly, prompt to reply and worth the interaction. Thanks.

GoogleWriting a review about Drai: Drai took me on four viewings and I want to comment on how positive the experience was. He is very knowledgeable about each of the areas, the vendors and the properties themselves. But more importantly for me, his demeanour was excellent. Unlike other estate agents who have pushed the hard sell, which instantly makes me feel defensive, Drai instantly put me at ease. He works using a mixture of honesty, pragmatism and positivity, and I really appreciated it as a first time buyer. Great service.

GoogleWe were shown around a lovely property in SE17 by Myles. Despite the fact we were running a little late, he was very patient and understanding and was happy to still give us the time we needed to view the property. Very knowledgable, punctual and expert communication regarding offer forms and move-in-date negotiation with the landlord. 5 star.
