GoogleI phoned up to book a flat viewing with Ludlowthompson in the afternoon and was able get one the same day in the evening. I was shown around by Daniel Scott who was very welcoming and professional. I really liked his style which wasn't too pushy but was able to answer all of my questions. He was also patient while I took videos and measured the flat with a tape measure! I would definitely recommend Ludlowthompson to anyone looking to move.

GoogleSeriously poor service. When completing on a flat I had a very aggressive "John" phone me up and pressure me to sign a contract I wasn't yet 100% sure of. He took advantage of my young age and the money I was spending. You shouldn't be made to feel this uncomfortable when purchasing a property! Very unprofessional.

GoogleFor any landlords is your property is under £2100 a month I have no idea why you're using this agent. Completely ignored multiple enquiries to view specific properties from someone who was very keen and was ready to offer.

GoogleParticularly difficult staff. From a tenants perspective they are very pushy, provide conflicting information and rely of ignorance to get away with their sneaky tactics. Had particularly rude welcoming from the salesman. If I were an owner, I would just trust them to do the right thing with my property.
