GoogleAs a private single flat landlord and a returning management customer, I renegotiated the management terms with Finsbury Park Branch Manager, Daniela Gomes. We came to fair compromise (to be further improved upon next time!). Then Daniela handled the letting of my flat and ensured that there was no gap between tenancies and so no loss of rent. Highly commendable.

GoogleDaniela Gomes has always been absolutely helpful in assisting me and my housemate with our queries and has always helped us in other cases too (as for example when I locked myself out!). She always replies to queries very fast and she also came in personally when needed to deal with house issues. Would highly recommend her services.

GoogleAs a landlord they were great at getting a tenant (advertising, getting the asking price, organising check-in, etc...) but then dreadful thereafter. Why do I need to phone up over 5 times to get a copy of my statement or for you to arrange for the tenant to check out. All in all, pre-sales = good, post sales = poor

GoogleHad a Viewing with Rashid Islam. Very approachable, lovely and supportive during our viewing. He was very gentlemanly as well, even opened the door for us to get into the car. He was punctual, which I had found to not be the case with other Agents. If ever you need a viewing, ask for Rashid Islam.
