GoogleFrom the first moment that I walked into the office at Acton and was met by smiles and offer of a hot drink by Jack Hamilton and Richard Kodua, I was totally surprised by their approach and customer service. These two gentleman were nothing like the taboo normally associated with London estate agents. They were polite, generous with their time, extremely well informed and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately the property that I wanted to purchase from them was sold to another higher bidder, however I will be using them again, and would highly recommend others to do so too

GoogleArranged a viewing, but nobody showed up. After waiting in the cold, several calls to our letting agent and the agency itself with no response, we decided to walk over to the office, as it was a few minutes walk away. It was abandoned and closed, even though it was supposed to be open until 20.00 (and it was just after 18.00 at the time). Left a voicemail for the agent, but still haven't received any sort of response or apology.

GoogleI need to make a note about an Agent that work here. Seriously I promised myself to write a review about him regarding the outcome of the reference to get the let! His service was outstanding and I felt that was more a friend that was helping rathe than the usual agent but at the same time professional. Even when he finished his shift and during the evening he replied to me! You must reward Micheal!

GoogleAwful. Took our money, provided us with false information and basically implied we made it up. They weren't sorry at all, if anything the manager was disdainful. These guys should not be able to rent properties and should be reported to trading standards or the equivalent body. Have written to their customer services team last week and still no reply.

GoogleTerrible experience with this agency. I went a viewing at Friday evening of a property near Acton after drive one hour by car find no body waiting for me. Made several calls still didn't get reply on why they sent you Email to confirm but no body is there.
