About London Shared London
When the history of London property gets written, we'd definitely like to be seen as the early visionaries of co-living, the first to really "get it right". Landlords We’re not an estate agency, but we are lettings experts. The basic model is simple enough: we lease a property from a landlord on a 3 to 5-year agreement, and then we rent out the rooms to working professionals. We do all the hard work so the landlord doesn't have to. Tenants For tenants, it's a new-and-improved "2.0" version of communal London living. For instance, all of our properties have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and we send a cleaner every week. For professionals wanting to make their mark in London, it takes away a lot of hassle to not have to sit around the kitchen table figuring out who owes what for the heating.

GoogleBe wary of the good reviews, they push for them when you move in... I have never dealt with a company that so consistently delivers rude and poor service. I got lucky and had a recently renovated house with good housemates so ended up staying for 2 years. When i did have issues, maybe 5 or 6 times, EVERY single time it was a terrible experience. They took to bullying tactics to try and force us to pay for something we didn't have to (something DPS agreed with), they were rude, went to every extreme not to pay/fix anything and were slow at responding. I have never felt it was necessary to write a review until I dealt with London Shared.

Hi Gerard, We appreciate all feedback as it gives us an opportunity to improve our service. Customer service is of the upmost importance to us, therefore any complaints are thoroughly investigated and appropriately actioned. With regards to fees, we would not put charges towards the tenants unless the damage caused is deemed as tenant misuse by a qualified contractor. All our contractors are thoroughly vetted to ensure that they are credible and, carry out works to a high degree. We also ensure that all our customers are aware of their liabilities as mentioned in our Tenancy Agreement. We have audited the issues which you raised and, found paper trails to support that that all maintenance issues were actioned within 24-48 hours from them initially being reported.You did not raise this complaint during your tenancy which makes it difficult for us to identify where the fault has been from our side. You are correct in that we ask tenants to write reviews for us however you can see from the hundreds of reviews written that they are from people at various stages in their tenancies (or after) We are sorry to hear that you feel as though your London Shared experience was not what we work so hard to deliver to all our tenants. We are always looking to improve our company and, whilst we do not necessarily agree with them, we have taken all the points you raised onboard for further company growth and development. GoogleLize and her team were very helpful during my two year stay with London Shared. They are very professional and made moving to London as stress free as possible. Every issue raised was dealt with quickly and in a benevolent manner. The houses are kept in great condition and it was a tough decision to move out!

GoogleI currently live in a London Shared home. I recently moved to London from Australia for a job, I had 6 days to find an apartment and move in before starting work. I had been looking for 2 days when I came across my apartment advertised by London shared. I rang up and the guy I spoke to was EXTREMELY helpful offering to take me to see a a few different places they had that might have suited my needs. I decided to take my apartment but needed to move in ASAP. The office staff got all of my reference checks (even though it was difficult getting hold of Australian refences in the middle of the night) done in an afternoon and I got the keys the following day! Was wrapped and have had similar great experiences with them since. Very helpful when I call through and always send someone/ resolve the issue almost straight away when I have a problem. By far the best real estate company I have dealt with....Well done guys! and Thanks!

GoogleI was looking for a room and contacted london shared through a friends recommendation. I spoke to Andrew initially who was helpful and honest. John then showed me some good rooms around a Fulham & Clapham. He even put me in touch somebody to work for my business who I ended up hiring and is still with us today. Great group of guys!

GoogleLondon shared provided me with a lovely home and a spacious room. Our property manager Lize made our stay extremely relaxed and was there whenever we needed her. Bills/cleaning included in the months rent made our lives so easy and the stay very enjoyable. Thanks London shared for all the hard work!

GoogleI rented a room through London Shared for 2 years and was very impressed with the service throughout my tenancy. Lize was our property manager and she was extremely attentive to any issues we had and ensured fast solutions. I couldn't recommend LS high enough.
