Joshua was able to provide a lovely room for my daughter in a great area of London at very short notice. From the outset, he was polite, professional, and friendly, and met us promptly to help everything move forward. The paperwork and referencing were handled efficiently, and the whole process was completed in under 72 hours, resulting in my daughter securing a really nice room with minimal stress. Can't recommend these guys enough! From the first meeting I felt confident they were the best agent for us. They are friendly, professional and gave us confidence the selling process would be smooth and it couldn't have been more so. Lived in a London shared property for a year. Quite slow to sort things, and the way they'd set up the front door of the building meant that anyone could easily get in. I’m sure they will respond and say “that’s not our fault, people were leaving the door open” but they know well that it was the keypad system. We had a couple of cases of the police being called out to deal with people in the hallways

London Shared are very professional at what they do. Even though my stay was short at one of their properties, it has been an amazing experience. The houses they rent out are great, very well organised, professionally managed and at the most excellent locations. Tiaan has been an awesome property manager, quick at communication and manages the tenant’s requests right away. Eddie who is the property agent, is really kind, excellent at what he does and has been very helpful.
