When the history of London property gets written, we'd definitely like to be seen as the early visionaries of co-living, the first to really "get it right". Landlords We’re not an estate agency, but we are lettings experts. The basic model is simple enough: we lease a property from a landlord on a 3 to 5-year agreement, and then we rent out the rooms to working professionals. We do all the hard work so the landlord doesn't have to. Tenants For tenants, it's a new-and-improved "2.0" version of communal London living. For instance, all of our properties have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and we send a cleaner every week. For professionals wanting to make their mark in London, it takes away a lot of hassle to not have to sit around the kitchen table figuring out who owes what for the heating.

GoogleFlorence is excellent, very responsive and I had great experience viewing rooms/houses with her. Very organise and understanding. We are still continuing the search for the 'one' and I'm 100% confident I'll find the right one soon with the help of Florence. The London Shared website is always up to date and very detailed. I really like the 3D floor plans, so useful and their Instagram page is pretty cool too.

TrustpilotAs a landlord I have found that my property managers reply promptly
As a landlord I have found that Nasima, Dane and Wilman have always tried to propose a prompt contractor´s solution to any of the maintenance problems that have arisen. Whilst always giving me the flexibility to send my own contractor. They have always replied extremely promptly to any emails I have sent them. They are very efficient about organising the annual gas safety certificates and generally work very hard to manage the property to the best of their ability. It is a pleasure to deal with a polite, efficient property team.

GoogleGood rooms, two month notice period is a bit of a pain considering the standard London market notice period is around a month. However, our property manager Jan was amazing, very helpful and efficient and got everything sorted very quickly, best property manager I have had in London.

GoogleLondon Shared have been great during my three years at their managed properties but special mention must go to my most recent property manger Lize who has been nothing short of exceptional over the past 12 months. Nothing has ever been to much trouble (even when the tasks must often seem thankless) and she has always kept tenants updated when necessary. London Shared are lucky to have her! P.S - Carpets are my only complaint. Both houses I lived in with LS need a proper professional carpet clean.

I rented for London shared for just under a year in a lovely property. Although the home was beautiful and warm, it came with a constant swathe of issues. The six tenants were constantly in contact with London Shared to have issues fixed. Some issues were fixed promptly, while others took months remedy. London Shared are good communicators and excellent at selecting tenants. It was lovely not having to worry about selecting them myself and the move in/move out process was very smooth.
