We booked a viewing with Felipe Morais of London Homes Residential, which he cancelled on the day. We rescheduled to 1pm the next day and confirmed the time. On the day, he didn’t show up at 1pm. I waited 8 minutes, then left. He arrived at 1:13pm and blamed my partner for not answering his call (she was at work), despite the confirmed appointment. When I messaged that this was unprofessional, and that I’d taken time out of my workday, he responded sarcastically and rudely: “Thank you so much for spending your valuable time sending these messages to me. I'm sorry you couldn't wait 5 more minutes.” So he expects me to wait 13 minutes, or however long he takes, for him? After I said I’d speak to his manager, he deleted the message. Dishonest and cowardly behaviour. Felipe Morais, disgusting attitude, no accountability and lacks self-control, sends rude messages, then deletes them to cover himself. Avoid at all costs.

Monil Patel is friendly, polite and highly personable. He was very quick to respond to my interest in a 1 bed flat that was newly listed and showed me around the same afternoon. When i returned to the flat a second time Monil kindly assisted me in taking measurements of some of the rooms. Monil is obviously a dedicated worker and has respect for his clients. I'm still waiting on clarification of some maintenence from the landlord (hence the 4/5 overall) but so far my experience has been good.

I had an amazing experience with London Homes Residential, particularly with one of the representatives, Monil. Monil was fantastic to work with and made what would have been an extremely stressful process seem very stress free. Spoke to one of the agent today who I found very rude, basically told me I’m struggling and that there was no point in viewing the property if I didn’t have the deposit to pay upfront. He was very condescending and degrading and hurried to end the call. Very disappointing!

Do not use this letting agents! I cannot even bring to words how much they have screwed us over. We were due to move within 2 weeks when they 'suddenly' found out that they have lost the property. Poor communication, poor manners, no empathy, some extremely useless people. Save yourself the time and troubles and go elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if I could. Dishonest and unprofessional company. Mark their boss is the worst of them. He openly lied about what the landlord had said and tried to scam us when it came to renewal. He also renegaded on an earlier agreement. In the end, I luckily had the landlord's email address who was a lovely and considerate landlord. Ended up ending the tenancy instead of renewing, but even the landlord agreed they were unprofessional and subsequently dropped them as her estate agent. Avoid these charlatans if you can!

Ridiculous company!! My partner rang up this morning to book a viewing. He suggested 4:15 that day and was told that should be fine however they would ring to confirm as the agent was 'on site.' At about 2pm after no such call he rang them back, again was told the agent was still out and he would be rang back. At about 3:15, an hour before the viewing he rang yet again, and incredibly was told the same thing. As the property wasn't too far and we were genuinely interested we decided to show up at 4:15 and see what would happen. When no one showed, he rang again to confirm it wouldn't be happening, and again was told they didn't know and would..... ring back to confirm. After about 10 minutes, now well after the viewing time he rang again and was finally told no one was coming. Understandably neither of us were very happy and we were passed over to 'Mark' who I assume was a manager. Mark did not apologise and simply argued we shouldn't have gone because the appointment hadn't been confirmed. After a brief discussion on thus he put the phone down. Have dealt with a lot of estate agents, never come across a company so unprofessional and disorganised as this lot.

Beware of this agency!! We saw the property at 17B Regina Road, we gave them the holding deposit, provided all the documents, got our checks done by a third part company, all approved and the agent disappeared, after 15 days we requested our money back and they said NO. Mark Dhokia then emailed us with abusive words with the excuse for their lack of communication to not have the contract ready to sign was because the landlord was travelling without internet connection for 15 days!!! Do not trust them!!! We have all the evidence that the property was still live and available for viewing.
