GoogleVery very unprofessional. I've been waiting for my payment since October. Could not get in touch with the director, Mark, he was always avoiding me or the situation. The staff promise to deliver messages but I had to continuously chase them day in day out. Do not do business with them. I made that mistake. Plenty of other agents I've worked with that will offer better service, a simple call or email would have gone a long way but these guys just don't care. GoogleI received an absolutely awful service from London homes when we moved in to the property we asked for the property to be cleaned as it was in a terrible mess they assured us it would be and never did, all of the light bulbs were missing if felt as if after they had our money they no longer cared to help and ignored us when we raised concerns we were also lied to about our contract length my own fault for not reading through it thouroughly I guess. When it finally came to moving out they made life as difficult as possible refusing to put any information In writing saying one thing and doing another and longing out the process for returning the deposit all in all I would avoid at all costs

GoogleI was trying to rent a flat for over a month with no luck. Monil from London homes residential was very helpful, professional, efficient, and managed to find me a wonderful property in a fantastic location. I appreciate all his efforts to make the move as quick and comfortable as possible.
