Aneice was absolutely fantastic in helping me find my flat. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. I was overseas during the search, which could have made things complicated, but Aneice handled everything seamlessly and ensured I secured the exact dates I needed. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she kept me fully informed every step of the way, which gave me real peace of mind. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was her dedication and ability to go above and beyond to make things work. I’m so grateful for her support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, proactive, and genuinely caring agent.

Aniece was my agent and she was the best! From A-Z she gave me all the info I needed. Where we live is such an important aspect of life, which requires appropriate/ proper discretion in understanding our own needs and when choosing, can be a stressful decision. Aniece made the process so smooth for me (i can say it felt effortless) and just from a simple explanation of our needs, she found us the perfect place, and beyond what I expected when I reached out to LHR. She's taught me to beve sell my dreams short. Such an impactful lady. So grateful for her and a great beginning to this chapter of my life In our new home. ❤️

Working with Aniece was such a blessing. She listened to what mattered to me, like a friend would and helped me find it - safety, natural light, a peaceful neighbourhood with easy transportation access and a healthy space and area for my toddler. She approached everything with a balance of professionalism and ease. Thanks to her support, I found a home that feels aligned with my values and lifestyle. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and my experience with this company overall was great too.

Brilliant experience! Felipe was such a bright, inquisitive and helpful young man. When communicating with the estate agency, I found Felipe actually listened and offered listings relevant to my requests. I found my one bedroom, promptly and stress free. This was only made possible thanks for Felipe’s transparency, professionalism and strong communicative abilities. Being a first time buyer, throughly impressed. Thanks again

Aniece was lovely and super helpful during my search for a room. Giving me great insights into the surrounding area and listening to my needs. She responded and helped arrange viewings quickly, which made the process much easier, especially for someone not based in London and with time constraints. I had a very positive experience.

After dealing with a few disappointing experiences with other agents, working with Felipe was a complete turnaround. He was attentive, responsive, and genuinely focused on finding the right fit rather than rushing the process. Everything felt organised, transparent, and handled with care, which made the whole experience far less stressful than I’m used to.

Called via Zoopla to enquire a studio property ad, spoken to by Salith in quite the condescending tone from the very start of the call. While asking for details to arrange a viewing for myself and my Mum - he asked “What job?” When I said my Mums an air craft cleaner - he then proceeded to repeat “air craft cleaner” in a very belittling tone - I then responded “yes aircraft cleaner”, he then says “very nice…” and then says “I found the job title interesting cause I’ve never heard of such a job before, you Mum gets to be on a plane everyday” never experienced such rudeness from any agency before would only suggest them if you’re willing to put up with disrespect.

I’ll be honest… I was dreading the whole flat hunting process. A mate had warned me it could take months. Felipe sorted me out with a great 1-bed in a fraction of the time I expected. He knew the area well, never pushed me toward anything outside my budget, and kept things moving when I didn’t even know what the next step was. Proper good guy and a solid team to have in your corner
