GoogleMonil has been very helpful in securing a rental property that I was interested in. The flat that I viewed initially wasn't a perfect match, but he thought of another place that would be a better fit for my requirements. That ended up being the property that I went for. Due to urgency of needing a new home asap, Monil assisted me with the referencing process throughout and finalised everything as soon as he could. Thankful to have found an agent who was genuinely here to help!

GoogleFrom the start of our rent search London Homes residential have been very supportive and hands on. We had quite a few issues with landlords having the incorrect information and our estate agent Monil was hands on, professional and very helpful. He went above and beyond to help us find the right place and organise viewings that worked for 3 busy working people. He is the reason we found our lovely home and it’s been a pleasure working with him.

GoogleI have been renting my properties through London Homes Residential for over 10 years. Mark and the team have always been very helpful, efficient and professional. Managing the expectations of Landlords and Tenants is not as easy as it looks. Especially today with the massive increase in government regulations and interference in all aspects of our lives it is good to have such a good Local Letting Agent on your side. Highly recommend!

GoogleMy experience with this agency was very good. In special my agent Ivanka was very helpful. I needed the room the fastest as possible and she was very responsive and tried her best to made that possible. Despite some difficulties due to my employment they made this easier for me to get the room. Also during my stay there were issues with the heater and they ensured to communicate it to the landlord immediately. We had to wait quite a few days for that to get solved but overall my experience with the agent and agency it has been very good.

GooglePrompt reply in arranging viewing through Monil who is very polite and friendly. Viewing managed by Ivanka who has also been really lovely and helpful. Swiftly moved through the offer and holding deposit steps. A bit of radio silence whilst waiting for the reference checks to be carried out by third party agency, when would have appreciated some reassurance that perhaps it was just a standard time frame and nothing to worry about. Had asked for a move in date which hadn't been confirmed and then all of a sudden received a text that keys were ready to be collected, which was a delightful surprise. Again swiftly moved through the steps of receiving and signing the contract and key collection with added bonus of a welcome box/hamper which I found a very thoughtful and nice idea. Ivanka was again very lovely and friendly when I collected the keys at the agency. Once moved in I have emailed with a query regarding the inventory on the 2nd of June and currently still pending a reply, hopefully this can be resolved soon. However overall positive experience so far.

GoogleI’ve been a tenant with London Homes Residential since 2017 (8 years), and my experience has been consistently positive. They have always dealt with me professionally and responded promptly to any difficulties I’ve faced. A special mention goes to Mark Dhokia and Felipe Morais, who have been incredibly understanding and supportive through a couple of unique circumstances I’ve experienced. Their help has truly been a lifesaver, and I’m grateful for the consideration they’ve shown over the years as living in London is not always a straight forward thing. Cheers.

The text message was full of information about the property and contact details so I know exactly who was calling. Mr. Monil was professional and extremely knowledgeable.
