GoogleA spam agency that creates fake ads on Spareroom and other sites to lure you in. They don't let potential tenants have viewings until they have your personal data. Unfriendly staff and unprofessional.

Irfan, we appreciate your review, our Agents usually book a first meeting at our office in Hoxton, we do this as we found thta some of the applicants come very late or dont come at all to the properties, here in our office we do an assesment of the applicant situation, this give us a beter chanse to find the right place for the applicants. In your specific case we never said we won't take you to the property and you also never met any of our agents in person. I understan you might be frustrated as there are some business that migh be fake on spareroom. but I personally invite you to come to our office at 25 Waterson Street, E2 8HT we are open Mon - Fri 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. we are also members of RLA, NALS, and My Deposits... feel free to call us to 020 7515 8885 if you have furter questions.

GoogleIt has been over a month since I moved out of one of their properties. We agreed my deposit fee to be returned to me on October 12. It is now November 2nd and I haven’t received anything. Have chased three times with no response at all.
