Adam and Will have been fantastic with helping us to move into our new home, we had a lot of questions as well as a few practical things that we needed sorting within our first month here, both of them have been incredibly responsive and flexible with their communication and help.

Just got the keys to our fab flat in Stokey! Location Location were absolutely brilliant to deal with, from first viewing, to tying up what had the potential to be a stressy completion, but which, in fact, was a breeze in the the end. All due to the professionalism of the agents and negotiators, in particular, Lauretta, who was a beacon of cool, skill and experience throughout. Best experience of property buying ever. Thanks guys!

Location Location are just a breath of fresh air! Hannah in the office helped me from start to finish with my purchase. She was always available to talk over the phone and treated me with utmost respect when I walked into their office, greets with a smile and is extremely pleasant to deal with. I felt relaxed from the moment I was interested in a purchase to the moment I was handed the keys (again with a smile!) I'd recommend this agency in a heartbeat ❤️ 🙂

Lauretta from Location Location was really brilliant when working on my house purchase. She made everything as simple as possible, helped the sale and purchase move along as quickly as possible and answered any questions I had. She was always quick to reply and great at communication. What could have been a stressful first buying process was made a lot easier thanks to this. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I rented a flat through Location Location for 6 months in 2016. There had been a lot of initial problems in the tenancy due to a difficult landlady and poor check-in inventory but I'd previously rated them four stars as the dedicated lettings manager they recruited had worked very well to address these. I'd now rate them as 2 stars however as it took 4 months to get our deposit back. The underlying causes of this delay were a shoddy inventory contractor and a negligent landlady. Location Location aren't intrinsically at fault for this (though I'd be careful to check their inventory reports very carefully), and they did quickly accept we were entitled to the deposit. However they then showed a lack of appreciation and regard for good tenants by refusing to take a stand against the unfounded demands of their landlady, their client. Instead they deferred the decision to a very slow DPS arbitration - depriving us of a sizable sum for a third of a year.
