We completed our sale with Location Location (LL) last week. The whole process went incredibly smoothly -- much more than we had expected, and to a point that we were actually a little surprised! We found LL at the first place through a recommendation from a neighbour whom we didn't even know at the time. She told us that LL had completely changed her view of estate agent as being "flashy and dodgy". Having been through the whole process ourselves now, I can totally see where she is coming from and I would happily pass the recommendation on to others in exaclty the same way. Drew was our main agent throughout the sale and has been absolutely wonderful: knowledgable, approachly and always extremely helpful. We also had help from Osh, Amanda and others in the team along the way, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. They really took care of the whole process, from big things like finding us the right buyer to all the little things that come up during the long process of a property sale. The only shame is that we are now moving out of the area and LL is a local firm! If you need to do anything with your property and you're lucky enough to be within their area, I would wholeheartedly recommend getting in touch with them.

How do I even begin! Anna, Lauretta, Drew and the team have been absolute superstars(!!) when selling my place in Leyton. After 2 buyers pulled out from a different estate agent, I reached out to Location Location for their help and they absolutely saved my life! Anna is super knowledgeable about the property market and makes the whole listing process a complete breeze, so lovely, friendly and supportive throughout, while Lauretta’s work on progressing the sale was incredible and she put so much hard work in with both myself and my buyers to make it happen. As a first time buyer the process of purchasing my first property was completely new for me. From my first viewing all the was to completion LL were very knowledgeable and always approachable. I had the pleasure of working with Osh, Drew and Lauretta all of whom were very professional and super responsive through all communication channels. The team made a daunting process feel stress free by being proactive with constant updates. There was even a lovely bow tied on my brand new door on the day of completion which was a lovely touch. I’ve sold a few properties and dealt with a lot of agents, and Location Location Estate Agents are by far the best I’ve worked with. Peter (Sales Director) came in with a clear strategy and gave a completely honest, no-BS valuation. Other agents priced the property higher, but it would have stalled the sale, Peter got it right. He’s responsive, respectful, and just a genuinely good person to deal with. Lauretta was also incredible. She handled the sales progression and worked relentlessly with the buyers to get everything over the line in a tight timeframe. Always available, always on it, and I felt properly listened to throughout. The whole team was efficient and easy to work with. If you’re selling in N16, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re not the cheapest, but you absolutely get what you pay for.

The team at Location Location went above and beyond during the sale of our property. From thoughtfully arranging viewings around our schedule to even helping assemble a key piece of furniture! (Shout out Tim!) We particularly liked their Street app, which allowed us to view all potential buyers, their buying positions & viewing feedback in one place. It’s almost hard to write a review as there as too many good things to say!! Our sale fell through at one point and we genuinely never worried as we were so confident in the teams’ ability to find another buyer and get us through to the end stage, which they did. Peter May was our agent and communicated with us the whole way through, ensuring we were never left in the dark at any stage. If Adam Wetenhall is your property manager, be aware - he will try and squeeze every penny out of you as a tenant. Avoid as a tenant at all costs. Attempted to treat us like cash cows and take money from our deposit for 'leaves on the floor in the garden' (presumably they haven't heard of Autumn before) and water droplets in the sink (!). Almost comical how scabby they are as a company and will do anything to make a dime off you. Took them to dispute resolution and won on every account in the end, further proving their disgusting approach to renting.

As a first time buyer, I would recommend being cautious when dealing with Location Location. The first estate agent we dealt with, Ella, was super helpful, friendly and informative when we were looking around. Unfortunately, our experience with the sales progressor, Lauretta, was very different and made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. Throughout the purchase, Lauretta would constantly contact us asking us to chase our solicitors, despite our solicitors already being in communication and waiting for the seller’s solicitors to respond. We later became aware that, without our knowledge, Lauretta had also been contacting our solicitors constantly in a very aggressive and confrontational manner to the point that our solicitors almost withdrew from this sale. Lauretta tried to convince us to exchange without the seller providing documents which were a legal requirement and would have ultimately meant our mortgage provider would not provide a loan. Finally, there was issues with a window in the property which Lauretta had stated she had seen and assured us it was a simple job of screwing a nail back in. We wanted to see the window but Lauretta only offered one slot in the middle of our working day which we couldn’t attend. Due to Lauretta’s assurance, we trusted that it was just a screw that needed replacing. After completion it turned out that the window actually needed replacing and is costing us thousands of pounds. It was only after this we found out Lauretta was giving advice without viewing the property.
