Cannot rate our experience with Location Loaction more highly. We managed to get to know most of the team through scores of viewings and liked them so much that we ended up swapping our previous agents for Location Location to sell our flat as well. Buying and selling property in the UK is an absolute nightmare, but they consistently made it a more human and enjoyable experience. Look no further, you've found the best agents in town!

We had a very bad experience with Kristina. We first met her during a viewing of a flat and decided to make an offer shortly after. From that point on, communication was extremely poor. We were left waiting for almost a week with no meaningful updates. The only contact we received was to ask whether our offer was still valid, there were no explanations and no transparency about the process. Eventually, we discovered through an app that the flat had already been marked as “let agreed,” yet Kristina never informed us of this directly. After such a long wait, the lack of basic communication and professionalism was very disappointing.

We had a great experience setting up the tenancy, but as tenants the management of the flat has been upsetting so far. No reply to our emails, broken washing machine not being repaired, and more. In fact, the company is in legal breach of contract... I wouldn't recommend it neither as tenant or landlord. It strike me as a company that took up too many flats to manage for their capacity. Furthermore, they did not communicate the costs for hot water for the building prior to the tenancy, which in my opinion is a deceptive practice.

Estate Agents that will change all of your perceptions of Estate Agents. The whole team are brilliant and from start to finish we felt that they really looked after us and Peter really had the expertise to sell our flat over asking price in stagnant market. He really knows his stuff with no fluff - Peter and Drew are both brilliant, and easy to reach and unlike other agents they have the most proactive Sales Agent to really push your sale through. Lauretta we couldn't have done it without you - your relentless determination is such an asset to the agency - our sale had lots of complications and delays but having someone pushing internally across both sides ensured we hit the deadline before the mortgage offer expired. Wouldn't hesitate in using Location Location again - there is a reason they are the best in the area and it's largely due to such a knowledgeable and competent team!
