Absolutely amazing, super friendly, efficient, professional and fun team! After looking for a house to buy for months, the moment we got in touch with Anna and Pantelis at Location Location, they understood exactly what we were after, and every viewing we went to was exactly what we were looking for. Not surprisingly, we bought our first home through them! After the offer went through they were there for every question, and even went as far as arranging a very special treat for both my girlfriend and I on the day we moved in. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Myself and my boyfriend searched for approximately 3 years for a flat! Yes, we were quite fussy. During that time the Location and Location team were patient, responsive, professional, sympathetic and lovely to deal with. Our perseverance paid off and with help from Location Location we are now enjoying our new place. I think the whole Location Location team could feel our relief when we finally picked up the keys from them. It was a roller coaster of a process with COVID-19 delaying our sale for 9 months. However, Location Location stayed supportive throughout and kept the faith that we would get there in the end. It was fantastic to have them at the end of the phone / email during that tricky time, utterly reliable and helping us to maintain our enthusiasm and keep our heads. I would without any question recommend Location Location. You will be in very safe hands and you will feel looked after. Big thanks especially to Hannah and Lauretta. We can't recommend Location Location highly enough. Not only are they fantastic at what they do, they are also a shining light in the local area - with their incredible charity work, promotion of local initiatives and all round support for the local community. We found they had the best knowledge of the Stoke Newington market, with an incredible understanding of off-market opportunities, enabling us to secure our move. They also found multiple buyers for our own home, from their open-house launch. They are a very close team who welcome you with open arms; however special praise to Peter who did an amazing job for us and is the best agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with. Really great experience so far with Location Location. The team are very proactive and deal with issues quickly with regular updates. When coming to sell our property Location Location were high on our list given they sell a lot locally in Stoke Newington. However, after getting them round for a valuation we found them lacking in detail, producing not relevant comps, resulting them producing a suggested asking price a full 10% below where we eventually listed the property and sold with multiple offers within a week with another local agent. Yes, they may sell you're property quicker, but just make sure they're not low balling to make a quick sale, rather than maximise the value of your property. We would have lost a lot of money if we'd listened to Location Location, and the risk is that they set your expectations so low initially that you end up 'happy'. May just be our experience, but just something to consider if your looking for them to sell you're house - do a bit of your own research first to compare to make sure there price suggestions are sensible.

Tim Kearney worked a lot with us as potential buyers for his clients' properties over six months. He was head and shoulders above other property agents we encountered because he was honest, intelligent, matter-of-fact, pro-active, dependable, positive/can-do and humorous (whilst clearly taking his role very seriously and giving off an aura of professionalism). While it took quite a while to achieve a sale through to completion, we got there in the end. At times during the process it became very frustrating, sometimes because of lack of communication, phone calls or emails not responded to, and there was undoubtedly a coronavirus factor present. However, overall, the experience was positive. I would like to particularly commend Lauretta Caulfield, a Sales Progressor, who helped enormously in finally achieving completion, against all odds.
