We had a really good experience with Location Location both in viewing and the process of moving into our house. From the first contact they were friendly, helpful and professional. They were available for any questions or queries we had immediately. Adam in particular was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My experience with letting agents has generally always been quite difficult and frustrating, so it is lovely to finally deal with a company that bucks that trend. I’m very pleased with my experience as a first time buyer and with the overall service provided by LL in Stoke Newington. Their listings were consistently the best that I found online and so I naturally gravitated towards their site in my initial weeks of searching. It didn’t take long before we found our dream flat, and they were able to book us In quickly on launch day for the viewing. I knew I loved everything about the place, but felt I needed to see a few more before jumping all in. Courtney (The Estate Agent) was very understanding and booked me in for a couple more viewings in the area the following week to give comparisons. At no point did I feel pressure to put in an offer, but rather I felt like they were willing to answer all my questions and even give tips on the area and how best to go about putting in an offer (if I chose to) as a first timer. This really helped. Once the decision was made to proceed with the purchase, Courtney and Lauretta (the Sales Progressor) tag teamed the deal and were there every step of the way. Lauretta helped so much in the final stages, ensuring that everyone was on track and doing their bit in a timely manner (namely the solicitors).Throughout the process, I trusted her completely and was thankful for her guidance and expertise. Picking up the keys on completion day was the best feeling of 2019 I would say, one that I won’t soon forget. Thank you Location Location for making our dream home a reality!

I can't recommend Location Location enough. Adam and Karl are super personable (as were all the staff we interacted with in the office). They are approachable and friendly in a way that feels genuine. They won our trust quickly by going above and beyond to understand our needs, and personally match us with properties that were a fit (we liked everything we viewed, so didn't feel our time was wasted at viewings). They stuck by us until we found the one (it was mutual), and we are super pleased with our new flat. Location Location successfully sold my flat and I would recommend them highly. They stand out from other agents in a number of ways: 1. Valuations, Realistic, strongly supported by evidence and aligned to what was actually achieved 2. Communications, There’s always someone competent from Sales and Sales Support available to deal with your queries. They’re very good at getting back to you when they promise to (a rare quality in the industry). Very good feedback model after viewings. 3. Excellent Deal Progression - Lauretta in Sales Support guided us through some very choppy waters during our sale and was a joy to deal with. 4. Keeping Viewers coming through the door, Long after the property was launched, I was really impressed how they kept quality potential buyers coming to view the flat (even in a strong buyer’s market) 5. General Approach, There’s something quite unique in Location Location’s approach which is personified by the head of sales, Peter, there’s no hard sell. I would recommend Location Location without a moment's hesitation to anyone who is looking to sell a property in Stoke Newington. From the very beginning I felt in safe hands. A great deal of care is taken over the valuation - always realistic - and marketing of the property. I was really impressed with the level of detail and their general sales strategy, which was (crucially) meaningful and effective. My flat sold fairly swiftly due to the realistic pricing strategy. And from then on it was pretty much plain sailing. The whole team at LL were incredible - Peter, Hannah, Anna, Tim and Lauretta at the final stage. I could call up and speak with any one of my contacts and know that they would know the details and deal with my query super fast. They were always in contact when they said they would be and I felt that nothing was too small to trouble them with. Location Location have been our rental agency for the last 18 months and we’ve enjoyed a very professional service throughout this time. I particularly found that Will and William, the head of property management and maintenance contractor were always available and approachable when something needed replacing/fixing. Jamie helped us in our search for our first home around Stoke Newington and took the time to understand what our property needs were and often showed us new properties before they were fully advertised giving us the best shot at putting in bids. Thanks to all the staff (from director to sales executive) at LocationLocation, the positive energy of the whole team, I achieved the sale of my flat shortly after launch and they remained helpful throughout the process right through to completion. Again as a bit of a greenhorn at all this, what more can you want than someone approachable, positive, helpful and reassuring. Result!
