We recently signed a lease for a property around Stoke Newington and every conversation / visit was just amazing with everyone. Anna took us around the property for our viewing, which was much more pleasant than any other simply because of her warmth and helpfulness. Will saw us through the letting agreement process from start to finish and was helpful with every step of the way. Both Anna and Will worked as a team to answer all (and we had a lot!) the questions we had. We had an ambitious move-in date and the team stuck to our date with no delays, which kept us at east - not something always easy with moving! I can only hope any future agreements are made in the same way.

Me and my boyfriend rent a property from Location Location and at first weren't very happy and had doubts about how the agent, who was looking after us, was dealing with our enquiries and requests. Location Location is the most community-minded estate agency around. They have been a massive support since I set up the family website StokeyParents; helping me collect hundreds of presents for children in Hackney who otherwise would have gone without at Christmas, promoting the appeal with their own fliers and donating loads of amazing presents themselves. They definitely aren't your typical estate agents. I have been blown away by their professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I've spent a lot of time in their offices lately planning the toy appeal and they have a brilliant relationship with everyone who comes in. I also love the fact that their shopfront is interesting and attractive - it enhances Church Street more than other estate agencies which only have pictures of properties in the window. With their incredible help children at 27 Hackney hostels, 3 children’s centres, 3 schools, the Hackney Food Bank and The Claudia Jones Organisation, which supports victims of domestic violence, had a better winter. I only have nice things to say about Location Location and their lovely staff.
