GoogleWill and Adam were both extremely tentative and helpful. Although we didn’t go through this agency to find our home, from the moment we did engage with them they did nothing but make the process smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend!
Thanks for the review Maddy, glad to hear Adam and Will were very helpful!

GoogleAs Location Location's DPS Client Manager, i can honestly say i've not worked with a more hardworking and honest group of people. They always do what they can in the best interests of both parites (tenant and landlord) in an effective and professional manner. My main contact Anjali is fantastic and it has been a absolute pleasure working with her and her colleagues. Reccomeneded highly!

GoogleI had arranged a valuation for my flat with a Location Location employee via phone and email for a Friday afternoon. I’d asked a family member to stay at my flat in order to let them in, in case I didn’t get home from work in time despite having taken half a day’s annual leave. 15 minutes after the arranged meeting time, he hadn’t turned up. Half an hour, and still nothing. I called the person and left a voicemail, and I emailed. No response. I called his office and was advised he was at another viewing. I explained the situation, and it turns out the employee hadn’t put it in his diary. Great. I rearranged the valuation for two weeks’ time, and booked a valuation with another company for one week’s time. That valuation came round, and I decided to email to cancel the one with Location Location. They questioned why I was cancelling and if I’d prefer to rearrange. I explained that their colleague didn’t turn up despite confirming via email and phone. No response. No apology. Nothing. I haven’t dealt with this company very much, but from what I have experienced I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

GoogleJust completed my first purchase of a property and Pantelis and Lauretta could not have been more helpful! Always quick to answer every question through call, text, email, or even in person. Incredible at working as a liaison between solicitors and chasing them when they were working slower than expected. Could not recommend them more as a first time buyer needing extra assistance.
Hey Hannah! Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a kind review about your experience with Pantelis and Lauretta at Location Location! We're so happy to hear that they were able to help you with your first property purchase and were quick to answer all your questions. It's great to know that they were able to keep things moving with your solicitors and make the process less stressful for you. We're thrilled to have been able to provide you with the extra assistance you needed as a first-time buyer, and we hope to work with you again soon! Cheers, LL

GoogleWe recently used Location Location Stoke Newington for our flat sale, and would definitely recommend the wider team and Hannah, who first took on our home. We felt really supported throughout the whole process, and having a Sales Progressor was a real bonus as Amanda checked in at least weekly to keep pushing the whole thing along.

GoogleI worked with Kristina and David in renting a new flat. They were able to work around the fact we weren’t in London when we were searching really well. They sped things up to accommodate our really short timeline and we had a welcome box on arrival. We also love the place. Really great service, thanks!
