Location Location sold our flat to us so we decided to go back to them when we needed to move and sell. And they did a fantastic job in what was a tricky property market. Their staff are incredibly professional, thorough, friendly and refreshingly realistic. You do not feel as though you are being sold to, and they are genuinely decent people, nice touches like sending us flowers when we had our baby! They were proactively selling our flat as opposed to it being just another property for them to sell. From the get-go Anna Takkou was excellent in putting a strategic plan in place to make sure we were entering the property market at the right price point and at the right time, and then following up with us and adjusting our plan when we needed to, bearing in mind not only the state of the property market but our own personal circumstances as well. Drew Elias-Chrisostomou was great at pushing the selling process along, and Lauretta Caulfield steps in when the property is sold, and was very on top of things to keep the sale/exchange/completion processes moving along. And they did all of this through Brexit, us having a baby and COVID-19! We are very grateful to them, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell/buy/rent.

We purchased through Location Location and were so impressed with them we wish we had also sold with them too. We had been looking for a couple of years for the perfect place and it was impressive how this agency (and in particular Anna) stayed in touch with us over that time, checking in, giving advice, showing us properties. In short, really building a relatinship that understood our needs and dreams. It ended with us getting exatly what we wanted. However, wrapping it up proved tricky, as it was a long chain with a nervous first time buyer and their very bad conveyancer (Advantage Property Lawyers BEWARE!!) ...and The Lockdown. But this is where the agency really shows its calibre. They have a wonderful Sale Progresser called Lauretta whos job is solely to keep things on track. She managed the whole chain, keeping problematic buyes and lawyers in check. Seriously, we would not have made it without her and are so very very grateful. When we finally moved, there was a problem with the boiler too and they manged that! We have since recommended them to other people to use. A buisness that goes way beyond, providing the human touch and is driven by understanding and the ability to be better than the rest. They give estate agents a good name!

I enjoyed the engagement with Mr Pierce Johnston from the beginning, albeit he made feel extremely old and ugly. There's a lot to be said about being polite and genuine and Pierce naturally offers these qualities. He's a honesty young man who is keen to help out his clients. They were quick to respond, they clearly had our best interest at heart and were fair in their dealings - particularly as the flat has multiple offers. We had to move during lock down and we were fully supported throughout the whole process. Donna has been incredible and always happy to answer my questions, Adam's been so reliable throughout these weird times and Anjali has been a delight to speak to - thanks again to the location location team for making this potentially difficult move as seamless as possible.

We switched to LL after a sale on our flat had fallen through due to the pandemic and we were struggling, despite 15+viewings, to get another offer. LL quickly were able to secure more viewings, ensuring the buyers were well placed to be making offers and secured above asking price offers on our flat. The fantastic thing about this team is the way they play to their strengths - you have a super sales team who help get offers and are enthusiastic about selling your house (shout out to Hannah/ Pantelis / Peter) and once you have an offer Lauretta, sales progressor extraordinaire, works with diligence like you've never seen to get the sale across the line. She chases everyone who needs chasing, provides excellent updates and anticipates problems before they emerge. We sold a 1 bed flat with the team and it was probably one of the lowest value sales they had on their books, but honestly it felt like we were their most important client at all times. It was a long road for us and I think the team mutually agreed it was one of the harder transactions of the year, and it would not have happened without the LL team. Highly recommend and we will 100% be working with them again in the future.

I've rented through Location Location for around a year now, since taking over the tenancy from a couple of friends that had to leave the country due to the pandemic. I have to say the process of taking over and sorting all the documents was made incredibly stress free thanks to the help of Adam, Donna and Anjali. Since then, Anjali has been our main POC at LL and is always super quick to respond to any issues or questions we've had, in an extremely friendly and professional manner, whether it's a Wednesday morning or Sunday afternoon! Fantastic service. Peter helped us buy our house back in 2015 and Lauretta and Peter helped us sell this year. He was open and honest throughout the process so was first port of call when we came to selling the house again. I've experienced the service as both a buyer and a seller and found it to be exceptional. In particular: exceptional local knowledge (when buying and planning extensions, Peter gave his view as to what changes would maintain its value); excellent advice on how best to market the property. The closing process is always complex and Lauretta did an amazing job helping on this with regular and transparent communication throughout the process, we hit plenty of hiccups with land search delays, mortgage product withdrawals which Lauretta helped navigate. Couldn't ask for more from my experience as both a buyer and seller with Location, location.
