Location Location Stoke Newington reviews in London

I had a great experience of working with Location Location. As a first time buyer I'd already had a number of negative experiences working with estate agents when I came across a flat in Hackney being marketed by Location Location - fortunately LL were engaged and good to work with throughout the whole process. Pantelis & Drew were very responsive in organising viewings and were helpful and transparent throughout the offer process, as were Lauretta and the rest of the team in helping push the process to completion. I'd definitely recommend Location Location to anyone looking to buy/sell in Hackney, Stoke Newington and nearby.

Location Location have been very helpful, straightforward and professional from the start. From the valuation and the viewing process to the offer stage, Peter and Anna were both very personal and efficient. But we wanted to especially thank Amanda, who throughout a very challenging and to say the least stressful 5 months, offered a fantastic support to take us to the exchange stage. During this time she not only was present at every stage, but was forthcoming with frequent updates, offered plenty of useful advice, was a brilliant (and patient) negotiator, diffused several stressful conversations and made us feel valued as clients and well looked after. For that alone, we couldn’t recommend LL enough!

Location Location has done an outstanding job when I recently bought a flat in Stoke Newington and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. In comparison to other estate agencies, they have an empathetic approach, where I never felt rushed. Pantelis and Amanda supported me during the purchase. The service provided from both was absolutely outstanding. Pantelis was patient and personable during the viewing, took time to go over my questions. Amanda has been an absolute star ensuring that during the whole transaction I was well informed, actions were pushed forward and ensuring that the initially agreed timelines were kept. All of this with a very friendly approach. Just all around great.

The team at Location Location helped me find and go through the process of purchasing my first flat. Of all the estate agents I dealt with they took the time to explain things in detail and were prompt and professional throughout all steps of the process. Above all they actually seemed to care, which I think is something lacking most other places you will try. Amanda and Pantelis were brilliant and I want to thank them again for their tireless work helping me complete.

My husband and I had previously tried to sell our flat using purple bricks but soon realised it wasn't really working for us, sitting back and waiting for people to find our property online wasn't a way to generate interest. We asked a few agencies to come and value our property and were really impressed with Anna's enthusiasm, honesty and positivity and so made a call to use Location Location. Selling during a pandemic is a tricky business but Anna was really impressive and found a buyer only a month after we had gone live with the company. Previously we had been flirting with market for four months so this really batted it out of the park! Our sale went through in a couple of months and the team supported and communicated throughout. Amanda was especially proactive in keeping communications across the board progressing and was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this agency and my only regret is that we didn't use them sooner.

From the listing agent Maya to the property manager Anjali, Location Location has been amazing to work with in finding our next home (renting). Maya was prompt and responsive for property viewings and was very personable as she worked to find us a great listing when our first option fell through. Anjali is the property manager and she is very friendly and helpful. LL is a modern agency that makes everything easy and simple. They even left us a goodie bag upon arrival at our new flat, complete with Covid-friendly products and snacks! Big thanks to the LL team.

I cannot recommend this agent highly enough. They provided exceptional service from start to finish. Hannah offered excellent advice regarding the marketing of our property and it subsequently sold within 10 days. The sale was then passed on to Amanda, a progressor who got the sale through within the busy June stamp duty holiday deadline. Our solicitor advised us that had it not been for Amanda the sale probably wouldn't have gone through at all. She also commented that Amanda has been the best progressor she has ever dealt with. Highly recommended!

The team at Location Location were very helpful with our property purchase. As first time buyers there were many areas that we weren't up to speed with. Right from the start we knew we were in good hands. Pantelis guided us through the initial steps until offer accepted and then Amanda took over. Amanda was able to answer all of our questions and liaise with the relevant people to ensure the transaction kept moving forward. We highly recommend the professional team at Location Location, it was a pleasure to work with them.

Just completed the sale of our Stoke Newington flat with Location Location... they were excellent from start to finish. Peter was superb at evaluating the flat, advising us on preparing it and organising the viewings. We had a lot of interest and five immediate offers. Amanda and Lauretta were excellent supporting us with the sale, liaising with solicitors and holding our hands every step of the way to exchange and completion. We found everyone at Location Location responsive, understanding, friendly and efficient. Thank you for a great piece of work - you made it all so much easier for us!

Our Letting Agent, Doville, was super helpful: - during our visit, she was able to provide all the needed info on the flat as well as nearby stores - easy and swift to deal with during processing prior to our move - highly recommend!

Location Location and Will have been super helpful since I started renting a room in a house about a month ago. Everything was handled really quickly, and all replies to my queries were really fast. We are four people in a house share and they have made our life really easy by separating out the contracts for each of us.

Fantastic service and very helpful agency that go above and beyond in a market where that's tough to find, and for a very reasonable fee. Kristina, Jazz and Adam are extremely competent and professional estate agents and I'd highly recommend them to tenants and landlords alike.
