It's rare to come across a great estate agent but have to say LDG have been faultless when selling our Fitzrovia flat. From the outset Laurence and Ben were extremely personable and professional. They marketed it well at a fair price, they found us an excellent buyer through their network of contacts and the whole process went smoothly and was stress free. I would say one of their strongest points is their communication skills. They were always happy to chat through any issues and proactively updated us on every stage of the process. Their reputation as the best estate agent in the area is well deserved!

Review is solely for short-lets department: I went through to LDG direct regarding short-term lets. Rupal Patel was extremely helpful in guiding me through the options they had available, working hard to provide options and try and secure something within my budget. Given most estate agents dealing with short-lets are mostly interested in the corporate clientele and pay less attention to the retail customer, I was pleasantly surprised. Service was quick, friendly and most importantly honest - I would highly recommend the short-lets department.

My wife and I rented two flats in Fitzrovia in central London through LDG, specifically hand picked for us by an amazing agent named Themis Pollalis who went above and beyond to find us an incredible flat in the area we were looking for! He really understood what we were searching for, was honest to us about the market and the available options, was in great communication with us during the rental agreement process and continued to check in during the tenancy.
