GoogleAn agency that will do its best to find you place, no questions asked! Themis was on point in his communications, aswell as the swift manner that he was able to find us an apartment to rent in these hectic times was massively appreciated. The best agent if you’re looking for a flat in Central London (Fitzrovia/Covent Garden etc.). Additionally, other members of the LDG team such as Aleesha, were great too and they were able to help us in any query that we had prior to the moving-in process. The experience that I had with LDG was so great that I have even recommended the agency to friends of mine that were looking for a place to rent. It goes without saying that after a couple of weeks of finding a place to rent for me, it was their turn to find a place and in just a matter of days they had found their own place too! Highly recommended!

Worked with us to identify general areas around London that could help suit various commutes on our team and then identified some great properties that met our brief. The process from visits, to offers, etc was also super easy on us. Overall, excellent service and although I hope we don't need to move soon, we'd seek out Glen's support again!

Besides that, he cared about us, understood our needs from the very first time we chatted and helped us to find a lovely place to live! GoogleI have been looking for some premises in London for 2 months, so I'm familiar with contacting property agents at all levels. Mostly I call, leave a message, follow up with email and 90% of the time hear nothing. The stand out exception is with LDG. From my first contact I had a response from Harry within 5 minutes. And no, this wasn't luck, LDG are super efficient in all their dealings. I'm out of London and interested in some viewings which would have taken hours of my time. Harry obliged, taking videos of two properties in less than a couple of hours. 'Don't call us estate agents' is a strapline. Well, I agree. LDG are super efficient, concise information, great to deal with and go out of their way to help. They're nothing like the estate agents I've ever come across. Seriously, start here and you really won't want to go anywhere else.

GoogleI had an exceptional experience with LDG as my property rental agent. They offer a high standard of property selections and provide outstanding service throughout the entire rental process. During my tenancy, they consistently delivered excellent property management services. Whenever issues arose, they were quick to respond and address them effectively. My property manager, Minette Ribeiro Sa, was particularly impressive. She always responded promptly, even after I had moved out, helping me resolve any check-out issues with patience and kindness. Additionally, Megan Battley, another property manager, was incredibly enthusiastic and responsible. She went above and beyond to assist me with applying for a council tax student exemption, successfully securing it after multiple ignored attempts. Even after moving into a new apartment, Megan continued to assist me with information from my previous rental. LDG is an outstanding choice for renting properties in central London. With their dedicated team, you can expect a wonderful living experience.

GoogleMy husband emailed an offer on a house in central London to Ben Everest partner at LDG, only to receive a curt five-word reply: "The house is under offer." When my husband followed up, asking if his offer was acknowledged, Ben responded, "Yes, I replied. The house is under offer at asking price, so your offer is not acceptable." My husband was willing to negotiate and requested to be informed if the situation changed, but we received no further communication. Three weeks later, we noticed the property still advertised on Rightmove, so I called and found out it is still for sale. This lack of engagement feels unprofessional, and I’m relieved we're not selling our house with LDG. Update: As you requested, please see screenshots of the emails. Thanks
Updated 14/10/24: Hi DB, Thanks for letting us know your husband's name and the property involved. I have spoken to Ben and independently verified the emails that he sent to Mark. On 17th September, your husband Mark made an offer of 350k on the property that was listed at 499k. He had not yet viewed, made the offer only via email and did not indicate he knew anything about the property. Understandably, the vendor rejected this offer as it was 30% below the asking price. On the same day, the property went under offer at the asking price. Ben replied to Mark at 11:46 on 19th September informing him the Apartment was under offer. Ben also emailed him again at 14:20. Mark acknowledged this at 14:32. We believe we have resolved your current queries, if you need us to provide you with screenshots of the email thread, let us know. From the very start, the team was professional, efficient, and always responsive. I’d especially like to give special recognition to Minette Ribeiro, who was truly amazing throughout my tenancy. Her attention to detail, prompt responses, and proactive approach made everything so smooth and stress-free. GoogleSuper responsive! Residents were disturbed by bright security lights in a 3rd party basement area shining upwards into flats. I reported this to Shanai at LDG. She replied the same day, letting me know that she booked for a team to re-align the lights within 3 days. This was done and now everyone can sleep better :-) Before and after pictures attached.
