GoogleAs a landlord I only have praise for LDG. When problems come up with tenants they are helpful, constructive and professional. In particular Minette Ribeiro has been particularly helpful with a recent tenant problem. On the other side I have always had 100% positive experience finding tenants through them in a timely and competent fashion. Would recommend them to any landlord.

GoogleWe’d a great experience renting with LDG. Themis who originally showed us the place was lovely to work with. Once we moved in, initially we had some issues trying to get some concerns resolved, though once Megan took over managing our property everything was great. She listened to our concerns, and addressed everything that we raised with her. A super friendly face that we’d only be too happy to work with again.

GoogleWe stayed at 59 Great titchfield road apartment. The apartment was great! Amazing location just minutes away from everything but also in a quiet location. Bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was small so probably sleeps more 2-3 people comfortably but no more. Had a problem with the washing machine as had to do a wash but Andrey came round promptly on the Sunday night straight away to fix it as I had a flight early Monday morning. Nice bars and restaurants literally right next door. Would highly recommend it

GoogleI feel I need to write a review to express my gratitude for Josh's hard work and tenacity during my search for a flat. Not only did he display a serious amount of diplomacy, he went above and beyond to ensure I had found the perfect place. He put in extra hours to clarify any doubts that popped into my mind, listened to what I was looking for, and made sure the transition was quick and clear- always being professional and available. He is friendly, highly capable and always willing to go the extra mile, making this whole daunting process of moving so much easier- which in a city like London makes all the difference. Plus I'm very impressed by his ease in communicating and resolving any issues -invaluable skills for a Lettings Negotiator, but not always a given. I'd also like to mention Joanna, Bertie and Neil who have contributed loads to making me a happy tenant, and I have no doubts -seeing how professional and lovely the whole team is- I will also have the privilege to leave a great review for Minette as my tenancy progresses. Neil managed to avoid a void period while working around a very difficult vacating tenant and Harrison has been stalwart in his efforts to get the office space rented for us and exceeded the deadline he set himself. I couldn’t believe how responsive he was to all of our requests and questions, and he knew far more than we ever hoped to about the process of renting an office in Central London . It's been a long process, but Cary was always at the other end of the phone to make our lives easier . We were very happy with the service provided .Recommended !!! GoogleI have used LDG a number of times for both sales and lettings. All of the team have been excellent from the receptionist to the partners. They have detailed local knowledge of the Fitzrovia market and use this to get sales agreed at good prices quickly and efficiently. Ben Everest and OIiver Evans dealt with my last sale and they were both excellent. Oliver went the extra mile in helping out with a couple of things near completion which was greatly appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend.

He did a brilliant job in our search for new, larger premises in London, managing all the viewings and taking a very proactive role in guiding us through the contracts phase, keeping all parties (agents, solicitors, landlords etc) fully briefed throughout. We've now signed up and are really looking forward to moving in, once our fit-out work is complete. Harrison was also tasked with finding new tenants to take over our smaller office, and again, he managed the whole process superbly. GoogleHad to sack the LDG lettings team this autumn 2020 as they were marketing our flat to rent for over 8 weeks with barely any viewings, feedback or updates. You can’t use Covid continually as an excuse if the LDG lettings team never answered my emails or text messages. Very unprofessional and definitely not value for money. I cannot recommend LDG. Dear Danny, Thanks for your time on the phone today and for explaining fully the reasons for your negative review. I have now investigated all aspects of your complaint and I believe your negative review against LDG is misplaced and would ask you to consider amending or removing it as it’s is unfair and detrimental to our business. You are incorrect to say you “had sack the LDG lettings team this autumn 2020”. As I explained on the phone, we have no direct contract with you but have an agreement with Davis Brown to market properties on their behalf. This consists of listing the properties online, dealing with enquiries received, carrying out viewings and passing on any feedback, directly to them. I have spoken to Georgina at Davis Brown who advises me that this system has been working well and she has had no issues with our team regarding our marketing or responses, other than our feedback reports which she mentioned sometimes do not include the property address in question. This is obviously a glitch within our system which I will look into. I enquired how the terms of our agreement were explained to their Landlords. She said she fully explained that LDG would deal with all marketing of the properties and carry out all viewings but our agents are required to report to Davis Brown on any viewings and pass on feedback and it is Davis Brown’s responsibility to communicate with their Landlords/Clients. It is highly unusual for our lettings manager to hold contact details for their landlords. Regarding the marketing of your property and the fact that another property in the block appeared to be presented above your property, I am told that the other flat was marketed at a lower price. This would be another reason that flat would show above yours, the reason I mentioned on the phone is the date which the property is listed. With lettings properties, the more recent listings are favoured on Zoopla etc. I can see from our records that we only received two enquiries regarding your flat and carried out only one viewing. This information was passed to Davis Brown. For the time your flat was on the market, this shows a low level of interest. I understand you were advised to reduce the price, that should also have generated more interest and moved the property up the listings. They were able to let out my property in less than a few days of it being on the market! The experience has been extremely enjoyable and Rupal has been extremely efficient and responsive with my queries and requests!
