Bad experience, poor service. Viewing was confirmed over the phone but the agent Lisa sent the wrong email stating there was no match to my criteria. I had to call again and she eventually sent the correct email to confirm the viewing. When i wen to to the agreed appointment, the day after, no one was there so i called the agency and Lisa was still there clearly she forgot about our viewing. Nonetheless the said that the tenant was no longer allowing access saying she tried to call me in the morning, no message found. I will definitely use another agency in the future. Such a shame having lost a very interesting property due to a poor serviceNegativeQuality

I can honestly say that Loren is by far the best, most efficient and most courteous agent I have used [and LR are the 3rd agent I have used]. Was involved in a purchase that fell through over the summer. Luckily we did not waste any fund in the process but I feel that Lawson Rutter did not do proper checks on the vendor. The vendor withdrew within 2 weeks of the transaction being agreed but we were told more than 5 weeks later after a number of chasers. So we could have easily lost survey fees/other fees if we had not been careful. We also wasted a lot of time, and missed on other properties. Please do your checks on vendors. Otherwise Pukar Patel was good at telling us that other buyers had put offers on the house (in the first phase of the process), approachable and quick to respond to emails (although not always with concrete updates). All in all, 3 stars.
