I have checked our database and we have never had any contact from anyone with your name. Perhaps you would be kind enough to contact me matthew.payne@lauristons.com or on 020 8879 9092, so I can try and address the reason for the anonymous rating. Many thanks.

Hi Conor, we appear to have had 2 google pages for Wimbledon, and having just moved offices to No 53 and consolidated them into one, we are only just seeing this review. I see that you are a current tenant of ours, but I can trace no complaint in October 14 on the file or in any emails, so perhaps you could contact our Lettings Director Silvia Eldawi if there was a matter that you would like us to investigate or address. Many thanks.

Hi Emma, I can find no trace on our system of you ever have been a customer of ours. If you could contact Darren Baker our Sales Director, and perhaps we could then look into whatever has prompted you to leave the rating. Many thanks.

Thanks Lawrence.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
