Messed about twice in one week for a viewing - the first time I was disturbed in the middle of a work meeting I had told them I was going to be busy with, only to be told at the 11th hour that they didn’t have permission from the tenants for a viewing they had confirmed with me The second time, I was sent written confirmation of a viewing only to turn up and be told the agent had the time down wrong, that he was nearby so we should wait for him ‘one sec’. Got a callback after standing around in the cold waiting for 10 mins to say so sorry they hadn’t booked the viewing through their postal and that once again there was not going to be access. Absolute waste of time and ridiculously unprofessional

My only experience of Knight Frank is from receiving unsolicited junk mail. Knight Frank claim they are 'committed to reducing our carbon (greenhouse gas) emissions, helping restore nature, and advocating for climate resilience'. This seems a hollow claim when they send printed card brochures, inside a separate envelope, to people that don't want them. The majority of these brochures will be binned immediately and unfortunately many will likely not be recycled. If Knight Frank truly want to help the planet they should take a good look at how they go about their business and reconsider their junk mail marketing activities.
