GoogleI must say I was apprehensive about how my experience would be, however my fears were immediately put to rest. Chris and his team went out of their way to ensure I had the best possible experience. They were very professional, communicated each step and I always felt like I was being looked after by family! GoogleMy roommate and I were looking for a flat in Limehouse. Knight Frank agency have provided excellent service in terms of contract completion and setting up everything for us to move into the property promptly. Chris Nguyen was particularly helpful in showing us around the place a few times to make the necessary arrangements before moving in and to sort out our reference application. Very happy with the service!

GoogleWonderful team. Our chain had issues as appears to happen so often these days, and we were very nervous about losing our apartment. Michael kept us informed and reassured us via my husband every step of the way, and although he was clearly working for the vendor, we still felt that he had a keen interest in looking after us as well - top drawer. GoogleIt blows my mind that Knight Frank has an average 4.8 stars in these reviews. Considering their reputation as a supposedly 'premium' London agent our experience of them was nothing short of diabolical. We had to endure a whole winter without any central heating in a riverside apartment managed by them. Not great when the temperatures start dropping to near zero. Discomfort aside, this led to persistent and severe mould problems which inevitably resulted in damage to both our property and theirs. We tried and tried to get the matter resolved (Nov 2022 - Apr 2023) in vain. We were met by shocking levels of unresponsiveness, unprofessionalism, and ineffectiveness in resolving the issue. All the while we're paying premium prices for this level of service. Awesome. Of course, on moving out they are now trying to charge us for the mould-related damage, despite a paper trail that stretches back months trying to get the issue resolved before it led to any of this. Not classy and not to be trusted.

GoogleAs tenants we did not enjoy dealing with the Knight Frank staff more especially when having to move in and checking out. There were delays in administration process which we feel could have been avoided, furthermore we felt that there was a certain discrimination that we endues as tenants of the property.

GoogleNicole and Lola are super helpful in assisting our moving process, we experienced a few issues with our last agents but thankfully Nicole and Lola’s fast response successfully completed the move-in on time, the new home is incredible, and I have never seen any move-in cleaning being so tidy.
