Due to circumstances I wasn't able to come for a physical viewing of the flat, but Konrad Kruk made sure to send all the necessary information I needed to make a good decision through recordings and pictures. Nicole Fingerhut helped me through the process of signing the contract and quickly provided me with all useful documentation. They were very transparent on where we were in the process and always kept me informed and updated.

He’s someone who clearly cares about prospective tenants and will put in 110% to ensure he delivers the best service he can, literally answering call at all hours. He clearly prioritised getting the best deal for my flatmate and I when it came to making the ideal offer for both us and the landlord. Finally he passed us on to Himi Khan to finalise move in details, with which she has been extremely kind and responsive in doing. I’d say I’ve definitely received a great service overall.

GoogleOne of the best experiences with an agent in all of my years of renting. Jason was a pleasure to deal with, attentive and prompt and supported all my needs. From start to finish, he made everything easy. Always responding to my messages and being very polite also. Top man. Himi, I would also like to thank for the prompt email responses with tenancy requirements and ref checks, did everything so fast as we was tight for time and they made it happen within the time frame. GoogleWell, we never thought that we will come across such a professional letting agents/agency. A big thanks to Jason in helping us find the perfect place. I was really impressed by his professional way of doing things - he informed us about each and every thing, about the house, inventory, specs, had a great understanding of the house. Even after our offer was accepted he stayed in contact making sure everything went smoothly. After this amazing moving in experience, I guess we were very lucky and blessed to have come in contact with such amazing agent/agency - once again, thank you Jason for being so patient with us. Would also like to give a shout out to Himi who was also very helpful upon our move into the apartment, she was amazing in following up and communicating with all parties involved.
