5 minutes into our house valuation we knew Fran was 'the one' for us. During our initial meeting she explained the process clearly, didn't blind us with the usual estate agent jargon and made it clear that she would be with us every step of the way. With other estate agents we have been very frustrated with the lack of communication but Fran 'walked the walk' and gave us confidence in Knight Frank.
