Made contact for information on a retail property. Over 2 months, I phoned the assigned agents several times, emailed them, left 3 messages with the switchboard (who were really apologetic on their behalf). They never had the courtesy of even acknowledging my enquiry and nobody ever called me back or emailed me. If I was a property owner and hired Knight Frank to deal with my assets, I would be extremely disappointed to know that potential business leads are completely ignored. I really cannot recommend Knight Frank as they fail the basic clients interactions.

KF has won my trust and confidence

As an overseas owner, it has not been easy to complete and let new flats from afar. I have encountered more than ten property agents in London, ranging from global leading top 3 firms to tiny boutiques, over the last four years. Ultimately, I learned from my experiences that it is of absolute importance to have a top quality platform with an experienced, capable and professional team that truly cares about its reputation and building a long-standing relationship with its clients. Knight Frank has done the best job for me when it comes to letting. Recently, KF helped us to find a good tenant over the typically slow holiday season for a two bed flat that we completed last week. Tenants moved in three days ago. I was happy with the quality of the tenants and generally impressed with KF team’s professionalism and capabilities. In particular, I want to thank Kenny Ouyang of KF’s China desk. He has been one of the reasons that have made it quite easy to work with KF. KF has truly delivered great performances for me several times over the last year or so. They have my trust and vote of confidence. I will continue to work with them for many years to come.

Satisfied for the past six years and impressed be the new property manager

As a landlord I have been quite satisfied with Knight Frank during the past six years, during which the property was taken good care of with appropriate frequency of contact. Although the property managers have changed during 2023Q4, many thanks to Kristian Lee the handover is now properly completed and everything works so well. As my current property manager, Kristian impresses me a lot by considerable sense of responsibility, willingness in problem solving and swift reaction to handle issues in a reliable way. Great experience buying through KF

We had a great experience buying our home through Knight Frank. Clare Griffiths in the Bristol office was our Sales Progressor and she was fantastic. We were in the middle of the chain, buying and selling, and we encountered a couple of issues (mainly frustrating solicitor-based problems) and Clare was tenacious in helping us hit our exchange and completion dates. She also helped the process go smoothly overall and communication, via her, between ourselves and our sellers was excellent. Thank you again Clare! Thanks, too, to Rupert, who also helped get us over the line on a long and stressful completion day (again a solicitor-based issue). Would definitely recommend Knight Frank based on our experience as buyers.

A big shout-out to Naeto Soludo

A big shout-out to Naeto Soludo for being a great property manager, very communicative, friendly and generally extremely helpful. I would have given 5 stars if the everyone we had dealt with at the firm were as helpful as Naeto has been. Despite him being new to the branch, he has been the most professional of the 4 or 5 persons we've dealt with so far.Unfortunately, we did have to deal with a real-life NPC in the process of renting our property, unable to answer a yes or no question in an email chain and replying with the literal phase: 'Send [us] the monies', when referring to a £21,000 bank transfer... And just generally being rude. So, I almost pulled out of renting with Knight Frank altogether because I thought they were initially a scam company.The others at the branch can learn a lot from Nateo and I hope his performance is recognised.

I've had negative experiences with Knight Frank in the past, but our new property manager Hamzah has been excellent at addressing our issues in a timely manner and ensuring we were kept in the loop. He would also follow up to make sure that the most critical repairs were being handled as quickly as possible. He is very empathetic to the tenant's situation making working with him very pleasant.
