Very competent agent to work with and always available to help.

I really enjoy dealing with Rosi and she responds to emails and queries much quicker than other agents I had in the past. Rosi is very sharp and seems to be someone who can work under pressure. She never seems overwhelmed even when she's very busy. When I call to ask for an immediate follow up she always picks up the phone and deals with my query effectively. We used Maisie and Adam at Knight Frank for our recent sale and purchase in Surrey, and they couldn’t have been better.They worked very quickly to get our house listed, with a high quality advert and sensible approach to pricing, to get us an offer and allow us to complete a chain on a purchase that was already on the market.Our past experience with estate agents is that they lose interest and disappear into the background at this point, but in this case Maisie and Adam were very responsive, and made communication up and down the chain seamless - including dealing with curveballs from various parties, chasing up solicitors, and brokering sensible arrangements for offers on furniture, changes to dates, and other things that came up as part of the process. We have been impressed with the quality of service and responsiveness from the team at Knight Frank. Michael Fox has been instrumental from the very beginning through to our tenancy in solving issues, arranging inspections, and generally being available for help. We’ve had a few issues with the property (broken fridge, leaks from ceiling, unhinged cabinets) and Michael has always been promptly at hand to solve the problem or redirect us to the right people who could do so. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that we had more issues with the property than expected from a letting agency as reputable as Knight Frank.

A positive experience all round

A busy mum of two living far from my property, I was looking for guidance, honesty, integrity and support selling my one bedroom flat. The market was extremely unpredictable and I was uncertain whether I wanted to stick to selling or renting. From the moment we contacted Knight Frank, we were certain that we were in good hands. The professionalism of our agent, Francesca-Leighton Scott, shone through on our very first meeting. Her enthusiasm for the property was evident, but it was her clarity on its selling points and her clear knowledge of the market which gave us even more confidence. Throughout the process we received five-star attention and support. Communications were proactive and clear. Hurdles were tackled with confidence and realism. Advice was readily available and sound. Unexpected issues were flagged early and handled deftly. Despite the inevitable, occasional hiccups in the sale, we never, at any point, felt alone in the complex selling process as Francesca was a constant, positive, reassuring, and delightful presence at all times.
