Mr Alex Whiting has been simply amazing! He always gave us speedy and informative replies, even when he was not in office or was in his holidays. He didn't only provided the information we requested, but often went above and beyond by giving us a lot of reference information to help us make a good decision. Always super responsive in engaging with building management. Chervon is our Property Manager and always responds same day. Most recently she arranged maintenance on site same day for a minor issue and resolution by the following weekend.
