We recently sold our W10 flat and cant fault the dedication of Chelsea, Will and the team. We'd found the house of our dreams literally the day before lockdown and our previous agents were disappointing to put it mildly. As soon as viewings were possible, we moved to Knight Frank. Chelsea and her team pulled out all the stops, showing a stream of potential buyers. They communicated brilliantly, opening up a WhatsApp group so we could answer questions about the flat and receive almost instant feedback on viewings. When the buyer's solicitor raised a question on the day of exchange, almost scuppering the sale of our flat, risking our proposed purchase and delaying the move by 6 weeks, they didn't miss a beat. Despite being on holiday proposing to his wife to be, Will was on the phone immediately, reassuring and supporting. Chelsea guided us with care and compassion through the final weeks of a very stressful situation. The wonderful thing about moving is that the stress is forgotten once you've finally moved, but it so very nearly didn't happen. Without all the work behind the scenes, we could have lost our dream home, so this is a huge thank you to you, Chelsea, Will and James, for everything you did behind the scenes to make it work. We couldn't be happier and recommend Knight Frank wholeheartedly. A superb, professional and very human team.

Selling a family home is a stressful time and Tom and the team have been throughout both sales kind, professional, calm, acting with consideration and well thought through advice. Knight Frank is responsible for the eviction of 15 people in a guardianship in Ladbroke Grove area this Easter. They ignored pleas from councilors and an MP to keep the guardians on site, even though they plan to still have guardians in the building. Reason for that is a relationship with another guardian company called The Lowe Group. The deal with old friends was struck in total disregard of 15 people’s lives, who had only moved in 2 months prior. Happy Easter!
