GoogleKnight Frank is responsible for the eviction of 15 people in a guardianship in Ladbroke Grove area this Easter. They ignored pleas from councilors and an MP to keep the guardians on site, even though they plan to still have guardians in the building. Reason for that is a relationship with another guardian company called The Lowe Group. The deal with old friends was struck in total disregard of 15 people’s lives, who had only moved in 2 months prior. Happy Easter!

I genuinely believe that the sale would not have gone through if it was not for Caroline at the NH office, she was negotiating between the buyers and the sellers, she was an agent and ended up being a counsellor to us. It wasn't the easiest of sales but KF was masterful at keeping everything progressing and managed it all brilliantly from start to finish. GoogleI tried to sell my flat in Notting Hill from September 2015 to August 2016. Though I sadly failed in this endeavour, I believe this was largely due to uncertain market conditions around Brexit and certainly despite the hard work and best efforts of my excellent team at Knight Frank: Emily Ramsay and Edward Ruggles-Brise. Emily and Ed were a joy to work with. Always courteous and polite, they kept me up to date with viewings and feedback, and did their best through turbulent times. Emily especially is very warm and shows real empathy for the trials and tribulations of the selling and buying stress. At one point, I took on another (large, high street, cut throat) agent, who by contrast did not keep me updated, did not stick to scheduled update times and were generally rather rude and unsympathetic. They did not generate any offers. By contrast, Knight Frank generated four, even if none of these ultimately materialised. So I would recommend Knight Frank Sales very highly for a personalised and professional service.

GoogleI was very impressed with Knight Frank. Kim in particular was very attentive and proactive from the outset, informing us of properties on the market. We ended up in a competitive bid situation with clients from another agency. She kept us informed and dialogue open with the seller throughout the process, which helped us secure the deal. I never had to chase her at any time in the process, which is very refreshing.

GoogleI imagine selling a family home can either be a short or a long process depending on circumstances. In our case it was the latter, with no particular hard reason to transact and a plethora of external factors that got in the way at regular intervals, new SDLT rules, Brexit in its various shapes and forms, General Elections etc. We first spoke to Knight Frank some 5 years ago and, despite the long journey, they have stayed really focused and engaged throughout. And when we made the decision to actively market the house in January, they very quickly upped the pace and over a period of a few months delivered a steady stream of serious potential buyers, leading to an end game with 3 very qualified parties and a mini auction. We could not have been happier with the outcome, a really great team effort by all concerned. The KF team did exactly what we hoped they would do and, in an increasingly complicated market, unquestionably delivered. It was a real pleasure to have Caroline, Arthur and Helena at our sides throughout, attentive, thoughtful, decent and steady. We felt we got the highest quality advice at all times, and all delivered in a friendly and balanced way. We could not have asked for more and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

GoogleI have used many agents over the years but nothing compared to the quality of the service provided by Emily and Eddie at Knight Frank, Notting hill. They sold my apartment in difficult conditions and achieved asking price. You will be hard pressed to find a better sales agency in London.
