GoogleExceptional service from Caspar Moran. His knowledge of the market was outstanding. Caspar was enthusiastic, personable, professional and diligent throughout the sale. He made the whole process wonderfully stress free. I cannot recommend Caspar and Knight Frank highly enough.

GoogleUseless branch for maintenance after you rent an apartment. Avoid. Every broker has access to the same properties. Now they are holding back my entire deposit over £25,000 since end November, despite we only have an issue over £2,000 🙄 If you scroll through 161 reviews you will see, that 126 are from people, who have done this single review only. Probably friends and family. 71 days is how long it took Knight Frank to arrange a plumber to repair my shower cabin, making it possible to feel like a human being. I hope all you other KF tenants out there are experiencing better response to your flat issues, than I do. Never again.

GoogleI don't usually bother writing reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. The whole process of finding a new home can be stressful to say the least but this wasn't the case with my recent move. Beau McCarty went out of his way to show me every relevant flat and came fully armed with all the comparable property info and recent sales data I required. The transaction itself was very well managed to the extent that we even exchanged ahead of the original schedule. Thank you Knight Frank!

GoogleChelsea in Mayfair office was a different type of agent in my experience in my search in London. She is well organized but not force selling. she was very understanding during some tricky moments throughout the transaction and helped to make sure everyone was on the same page. Fast response and easy to deal with. We managed to exchange within 1 month of offer agreement, which could be even faster if seller lawyer was not on holiday... We not just bought a place to invest but a truly unique place to enjoy a classic London life. Overall, would recommend to our friends. Would come back to KF by the time we move to our next property.

GoogleWe switched to KF to act as sole agent for the sale of our flat in Mayfair. Jenna and the rest of the team reinvigorated the sales process with lots of positive energy in a difficult and sluggish market. The weekly written feedback on all viewing was insightful and gave us confidence that we were being well looked after. Jenna’s considered advise on which of two offers to accept was helpful and she was very proactive in getting contracts exchanged with a smooth and swift completion. With the service that they provide KF rightly deserve their commanding market share in Mayfair. We will go directly to them next time.

Extremely patient and genuine despite me taking more than 8 months to decide on a property. Great knowledge of the market and one of the few agents that would give you the honest truth about the market conditions!! GoogleI was in a urgent need for a new apartment in Mayfair. I went into Knight Frank in Mount Street where Hannah right away understood what I was looking for. I did also go to other brokers, but within 1 day Knight Frank has presented me for an apartment, showed it to me and made an agreement with the landlord. Everything from here went smoothly, and I'm so happy today for my new apartment.
