GoogleCongratulations to the KF Chelsea team for providing a first class client experience and making it stress free! From the outset, Toto took great care in producing the marketing materials - they looked great! KF are honest with advice and provide regular updates which is really important. If I had mapped the ideal journey it would have been this one. A special mention to the fab Issy Foster, a true professional and super person who works hard for you and guides you through the selling experience - an asset to KF! I can't recommend KF highly enough, their fees are no different to other agents, but what you get is a high quality personal experience that continues throughout, not just to secure a sales contract.

I've let two other apartments in London via other agencies and engaged with countless others over the course of three apartment searches, and I can say without a doubt that Knight Frank is among the best, if not THE best. I worked with Ed Pawson as my agent and Shannon Garton as my Tenancy Progressor, and both were extremely professional, responsive, and very pleasant to work with. It was refreshing and reassuring to feel like my tenancy prospects were in the hands of such professionals. I would fully endorse Knight Frank Chelsea and wholeheartedly recommend Ed and the team to anyone searching for property in the Chelsea area.

I have dealt with many real estate agents throughout the years and I have rarely come across such professional tenacity, understanding and execution; especially from Ed... not to forget the super backing of the whole team (Shannon, Ellie and now the smooth and professional take-over of Catrin... we feel safe and we know we are in good and diligent hands.
