GoogleKnight Frank helped tremendously through every step of the process in finding the perfect flat for us in London. Very professional and attentive to detail. They worked tirelessly and kept on top of everything to get us through the purchase on an accelerated schedule. They also have many good contacts and organizations that are extremely helpful for moving in and reading the flat. That is especially helpful for non-UK purchasers like us. Thank you!

GoogleJust bought a property through Charlie Olver of this office and I can honestly say that I have never had such a good agent. Through every stage of the process, from the initial viewings when he worked out exactly what we wanted and selected the right properties accordingly, through negotiations with the seller, to the eventual handover, he has taken care of every detail, consistently gone that extra mile for us, and been absolutely marvelous. Highly recommended.

GoogleToto helped us found the right property, she did not only provided us professional services but also supported us as a good friend. We arranged lots of architects viewing and surveyor works before officially completion, she always walked to the property and opened the door for us, it’s not her job but she showed us great attitude without any complaints. I will stick with her to deal with my future property related issues.

GoogleWe moved to KF after a bad experience with another local agent (who shall be nameless!) and have had a rather better experience with KF resulting ultimately in getting the job done i.e. flat sold, and in a difficult market! One particular problem with previous agent was complete lack of communication however Roly Ingleby-MacKenzie responded quickly to all my communication - you absolutely need that when selling even for the odd bit of hand holding and encouragement when things aren't going as smoothly as planned! I'm a stickler for good reporting and that aspect was excellent too, I knew about each viewing and the reaction of the viewer. Roly also nursed the sale through somewhat tardy lawyers keeping them on toes until exchange achieved. So all in all a very good experience with KF and a good result which is what matters after all! I might add that the sale took 9 months and KF were on the case throughout, there was no tailing off of effort to make the sale on their part at all.

GoogleWhen there were unexpected legal problems, Daniel at KF pulled out the stops to work with the buyer and us, the sellers, and problems solved. The sale went through, everyone happy. A month after the sale the buyer found family pictures behind a radiator, KF went to the trouble to send me photos of them, very kind.
