We have been able to buy our new flat after nine months of search. We have had so many good and bad experience since the first day of an agency visit. We gained a lot of experience about the property agencies during this period. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Knight Frank Chelsea. Both sales and rental teams are superb, in particular James Pace (sales) and Louise Sergeant (rentals). They were very professional, helpful and communicated very well with us. They dealt with issues very efficiently and promptly. James was excellent at marketing our property and giving us advice. Louise helped us with our rental which was not easy, but as hard working and diligent as she is, Louise made everything work. It is very easy to reach them even on weekends. We would be very happy to work with them again!
