I would recommend Knight Frank to anyone selling property in Chelsea. In a very difficult market Archie Shuttleworth found a buyer for my flat within two weeks of it going on the market and through to completion he was always on hand - extremely friendly, helpful and patient.

Dan Cowling was a helpful and professional agent, always reliable, on-time and accommodating. He went out of his way to facilitate additional access so I could show my visiting parents the property after sale, and particularly in chasing outstanding issues in order to expedite exchange, which was the goal for us all. In addition to all this, he was approachable and friendly and I would highly recommend him (and KF) to other sellers/buyers in the area.

We’ve recently exchanged on a flat and KF have been excellent, particularly Daniel Cowling who has helped us throughout. It hasn’t been easy as we have had to go back to the flat numerous times with various complications, but he has always been there to support and facilitate the transaction. Daniel has been so great for us that we passed on his details to a friend who was looking in the area and he found them a flat that was perfect for them and they’re about to exchange too! I had an extremely disappointing experience with the sales agents and this office several years ago when I was a student, and unfortunately, Lizzie N. was directly involved. They failed to disclose a major renovation project taking place directly beneath the apartment they rented to me. I unknowingly signed the lease, only to endure a full year of constant construction noise and vibrations from 7:30 AM to 5 PM daily, making the apartment almost unlivable. When my lease ended, they falsely accused me of causing damages, including chipping the kitchen counter and staining mattresses, among other things. Thankfully, I had taken a video when I first moved in that clearly documented these issues were pre-existing. Despite this, they refused to refund any portion of my deposit and stopped responding to my emails entirely. This experience occurred over six years ago, but it left a lasting impression. As someone who now works with reputable agents like those at Frank Knight in the USA, I’ve shared this story as a warning to others. Students, be cautious when dealing with this office or its agents!
