GoogleAlthough Knight Frank were the agents for our vendors we found them to be extremely helpful and supportive in our ten month quest to buy a flat and helped us through the ordeal of being pipped to the post more than once! Most importantly they were honest, unlike most other agents we have dealt with, and did their utmost to ensure that both the vendors and we as purchasers were kept well informed. When we come to sell we will have no hesitation in instructing them.

GoogleI can't say anything but the best things about my experience with Knight Frank Belsize Park office. Orly and Laura have been amazing throughout the whole process of buying an apartment. I arrived from Hong Kong and had just one week to find one. What has made my experience with Knight Frank far better than others is the attention to client's needs: you won't waste time visiting apartments not aligned to your search criteria. Once we've completed the deal, Ashleigh and Chanel took one day to find a tenant for our new flat! On top of this, while being very accurate, the process for renting the apartment ran extremely smoothly. Attention to the client, knowledge of the market and the area, enthusiasm, responsiveness, courtesy and availability made our experience enjoyable.

GoogleHelpful staff, but I would suggest changing the opening hours on web, just so people won't be confused if they get there early. They open at 9 AM, although on site/office's door it says they open at 8 AM.

GoogleGreat experience with Orly and her colleagues at Knight Frank Belsize Park. I have worked with some very good agents in Belsize Park over the years, but Orly did a very good job when selling my flat. Very professional discussions about valuation and the state of the market and then, when appointed jointly with another agent, a lot of energy and competence with the viewings. GoogleFirst need to qualify this comment by saying that we have tried most of the major estate agencies in NW London over the past 15 years. Mark Proctor and his sales team are without question the most consistently professional, courteous and effective team in the area. They will work with you patiently and strategically over the long haul, rather than going for the quick sale with bad information or misleading valuations. You can learn this lesson the hard way, as we did, over many years and with much trial and error, or you can save yourself the trouble and just go with the best.

GoogleThe opening of this agency has changed the game for real estate in Belsize Park. The office is slick, and has service to match: professional, no-nonsense and raises the bar for estate agencies in the neighbourhood. Chanel Rodriguez who manages the team at this location is a pleasure to work with and I have no doubt that she will grow this office. Definitely an agency I'll recommend moving forward and hope to deal with them for years to come.

GoogleVery speedy and professional on the whole except I wasn't warned about removal of any furniture until the final moment before completion. I think they should alert owners way ahead of completion.
