GoogleHave just had a successful tenancy application with KFH, and they have been by far the easiest agents to deal with that I've had. In particular, Stephen Daley, has been a great help throughout the whole process. Very friendly and easy to get a hold of, and kept the whole process simple and easy to get through.

GoogleWe recently moved to a flat in Islighton rented from KFH Agency. The agency was extremely helpful and provided a perfect deal for us. Carla Hellery which was the administator in our letting process was always very informative and very keen to help us out. Not only Carla but all the other members that were involved in our agreement performed an excellent job and without their help we wouldn't be as lucky as we are now with our beautiful flat.

GoogleMy brother and I were moving from the U.S. to London to start our masters programs, and we were having a very difficult time finding a flat in the area. I called KFH and Dominic Martin assured me that he would help me find what we needed. He set up an appointment super quickly, and within days we had found the perfect place! After that, Carla Hellery helped us navigate all the paperwork and made the process super easy and stress-free. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and everyone who works there!

GoogleAfter five years letting my property with another high street agent, I was a little nervous trying out a new agency. KFH did not disappoint. You feel like they take the time to really talk to you. This personal touch is so important when we all move at such a fast pace these days. I haven't yet met Esme (Griffiths) - I'm overseas - but have loved talking to her. She's quick to follow up on action points and goes beyond if she thinks it will make a difference. Carla (Hellery) has been my point of contact re: contracts and paperwork. I sense a real efficiency while being personable at the same time. I hope this partnership lasts for a very long time. Looking forward to meeting both ladies when I come to London :-).

GoogleAndre not only found me the ideal property on first viewing (when does that happen??) after taking all my details and ONLY showing me a property that fitted my criteria unlike other agents I have deal with - which both becomes frustrating and a waste of everyone's time viewing flats that are not suitable or fit your requirements - he has, and continues to be, an excellent communicator, handler of the landlord and my requests and a genuinely nice person to be dealing with. He's exceptional. Carla has also been very diligent and efficient in getting documentation and contracts sorted and remains a good point of contact. Thanks to both of you. - JS

GoogleWe enlisted KFH to sell our home in Highbury and have just closed on our sale. Throughout the entire process - KFH have been delightful to work with - honest, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. James Ripp really went above and beyond - and spent countless hours with me - even giving us advice on our onward purchase (helping us negotiate, offering advice on price, etc). James runs a great office, and having dealt with many estate agents in the past - I can say James will work hard to get you the best price (we had 40 viewings in a few weeks) and find a buyer that is credible. I was really impressed with James and Sam at KFH - and would use them again if we sell down the line. James has tons of knowledge about North London - from cost per sq ft to rental values and beyond. Lovely people to deal with and cant recommend enough.

Esme also gave up her time in order to show us around the property for a second time just so we could check through some things. Had nightmares with letting agencies in the past, however this was quick and easy. Essentially a pair of legends who deserve a sesh. Looking forward to our tenancy starting next month!
