GoogleAlthough we didn’t rent through KFH in the end, we had some brilliant support and advice from Jack who took his time to show us around properties at an incredibly busy time in the market. He was patient and listened to our quite specific requirements, sending us regular updates on brilliant properties that were tailored to our needs. The service we received from KFH was far above and beyond anything we had from other estate agents and was pleasantly refreshing to see! We’ll definitely be trying to go through KFH again once our current lease ends.

GoogleComplete inflexibility to modify even the most basic terms in rental agreement. Very high admin and background checking fees for templates that can be downloaded free from the internet. Terrible experience as a tenant, can only recommend to stay away from this company and deal directly with the landlord or use online agents where possible.

GoogleI think that Crea Hicks, my contact, went above and beyond in helping me sell my flat. If it wasn’t for her pushing the solicitor and other side I would still be there! She helped with removals and finding people to get the job done and meeting them late one day at the flat. She kept me informed and used the phone when my solicitor only emails. GoogleI would not recommend this branch of KFH to anyone. My partner and I were living in an apartment with clear health hazards and needed to get out of our lease. They made us pay well beyond the normal fees, and profited off us paying fees for the landlord that they would then go and charge the landlord for again (getting double their money). We didn’t want to do the landlord wrong and paid to have new renters found and paid until the day they moved in, and in the end, both we and the landlord lost, but KFH won. Dealing with Khan, the manager, was the worst part of it all. He purposefully used cryptic and confusing language. Not in the academic sense, more in the “I’m trying to sound intelligent and mislead you, but I’m using the wrong words” kind of way. I had to ask him to clarify the breakdown of the fees we would have to pay 8 times, before he would admit that we would be paying double. I wish I was exaggerating, but I’m not. That email thread is the most ridiculous I’ve ever been a part of. I even broke down the fees into number of days times the rate he gave me, and he would not say “yes, that is correct” in an email. He dodged it in every way possible. It was infuriating. He specifically made the process the worst it could have possibly been. I reported him to the larger KFH branch, but I doubt anything was done. I hardly got a response. Seriously try to avoid this KFH at all cost.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI sold my flat through KFH after using them as management agents for many years when I rented the place. I could not be more impressed with the service. They were responsive and kept me fully updated through the process of finding a buyer. Then, the service from Crea Hicks who helped get myself and the buyer through the process of all the checks was exemplary. She was brilliant and made what could have been a very stressful process plain sailing. The whole team was great and really supportive. Such a good experience overall.PositiveResponsiveness

Thanks for making our 2 year tenancy a complete joke.
