GoogleWe found KFH West Putney to be a great agency to deal with .The staff in the office (Judy, Heidi and Vincent ) were very friendly. In particular, Judy was excellent and helpful, understanding our needs and finding a property that was right for us. She had a fantastic manner and you can really tell that she took and personal interest in us as buyers and dealt with us in a fair and straightforward way which was helpful, as it's stressful enough buying a house without being lied to! We felt she struck a realistic balance of getting as much for her vendors as possible whilst ensuring it was at a level that the sale would actually go through and not immediately fall flat on a survey etc etc, thereby avoid wasting everybody's time! highly recommended. thank you Judy

GoogleI recently sold a flat through KFH West Putney and the whole team were brilliant from start to finish but Samantha Fallon was amazing.
She negotiated a great price but it was her perseverance in the face of a complicated sale that was outstanding. She went way beyond the call of duty on a number of occasions and consistently took calls and answered emails on her day off. She was at all times friendly and it was her determination that got the sale over the line.
I can't thank her and the rest of the team enough for allowing me to pursue my new life in Devon and I imagine the buyers are similarly looking forward to their new experience in Putney.
In some peoples eyes estate agents have a bad name - they clearly haven't met Sam ! I know this review looks like it has been written by one of her best friends!= - It hasn't - she was just brilliant from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending KFH West Putney to my friends and family.

GoogleI recently purchased a flat through KFH, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
Jason and Sally, in particular, were fantastic! They were always available to answer my questions, and kept me updated every step of the way.
Unlike most agencies that are still paper-heavy, they offered a fully digital experience, making it incredibly easy to submit an offer and complete identity checks. This saved a lot of time and made the whole experience much more convenient.

Facebookshame, they filled out my lease extension form wrong , and now land registry will not accept it, have contacted them numerous times , so has solicitor, and no response, so now i have a lease thats not worth the paper its written on, person dealing with it has left the company, and no reply from new team member, will complain to directors, this has been going on for over a year now, very shoddy , and a disgrace to the industry .

Google6 months ago i bought a property in Putney that was selling through KFH Putney. the process was expertly handled by Hannah who managed a difficult seller [ her client] to perfection. i was so impressed with her professionalism that when i decided to sell the house a short time later [ i decided to buy a bigger place] i shopped around but soon realised i should stick with Hannah as my selling agent. She advised on a marketing strategy that worked to perfection and it was sold in less than 1 month even in this tricky market!
