We are completing the purchase of a property that Sally and Hannah found for us. From the moment we popped into their office they paid keen attention to the types of property that would and wouldn't interest us, not wasting our time with ones that didn't match our criteria. Sally let us know about a property that was about to come onto the market but hadn't been listed yet. She and Hannah kept us in the loop as someone else's offer was accepted, and then fell through. We're finally moving in this week! Throughout the process of our purchase the KFH folks were proactive in chasing the various parts of the chain, and conscientious about our situation as challenges popped up. We've worked with different agents on various transactions over the years, and we truly appreciate the difference of working with proper professionals like Sally and Hannah.

Grant and Reece managed the sale of our 4-bed terraced house in West Putney in September last year. I could not fault them and was actually happy to pay the fee at the end (I know, right?) The communication throughout was second to none and the advice Grant gave was very incredibly useful. He really knows his stuff and he expedited the deal every hour to push it through to make the stamp duty deadline. We recently sold through KFH with Siobhan. We were generally quite dubious about estate agents as we had gone through a few in the Putney area who just lacked general professionalism. Siobhan met all expectations that all the others fell short of. She gave us regular updates, feedback on viewings, took time to actually view the property by herself, so as when she did viewings she was comfortable and fluent. She had impressed us pre sale with the above but when we had an offer accepted & we were going through the sales process with solicitors, this is where she really went above & beyond. She chased the solicitors regularly on both ends & kept the wheels turning. Without her the solicitors would have easily taken an extra 4-6 weeks. She provided instant communication between ourselves & the buyer. She also helped overcome a couple of issues that could have been deal breakers with the delay the solicitors have in communicating & leaving people to ponder. Selling someone else's flat isn't the easiest so for a number reasons KFH West Putney was selected to do the marketing. Sally, initially with Reece, and then with Siobhan leading, and with Monika and Hannah, they did a fantastic job guiding us through all what needed to be done; within a week of going on the market we had had plenty of offers, and within four months we had completed the sale on the best offer.
