We originally lost out on the purchase as we weren't under offer, but it came back on the market and they reached back out to us straight away. They were great at helping to move the process along, were always very responsive to email/calls and were very pragmatic. From our perspective as buyers they did a brilliant job of dealing with quite a demanding seller, ensuring we got what we needed whilst also trying to meet an ambitious timeframe! We exchanged within 6 weeks of our offer being accepted (despite it being a property in need of a lot of work). Overall, a great service!
