GoogleKFH (Lee Green) were great. I needed to rent my flat out quickly and after contacting KFH there were viewings after 3 days and the tenant signed and moved in within 10 days. They understood my requirements; communications were good and the process was smooth - majority of it done on-line. I'd recommend them either for finding your next tenant or finding your next home - be it permanent or temporary

GoogleIt is a pleasure, to work with Daniel Mans from KFH, Lee. He came across as someone with good local knowledge. At one instance, he stayed patiently all the way till 7.30pm on a Friday night to complete our viewings. He managed professionally and positively during negotiations, respecting and taking our views into consideration. Proactive, kept us updated during the whole process, by arranging weekly calls and by communicating frequently with the solicitors. Highly recommend!!

GoogleI visited Lee to explore the area as a potential buyer and accidentally met Sarah at Kinleigh Folkard. In a few hours, she arranged 6 viewings for me and she has not only drove me to the properties but also gave me a lot of tips about the neighbourhood, including nice restaurants. Overall I was very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the service she offered. Highly recommended!

GoogleVery disappointed with the professionalism at this branch. Sarah Gillette whom l dealt with before was brilliant but l would not recommend now. Admittedly house sold and house bought but very bad communication and customer attitude. Left a bad taste in my mouth and would not recommend due to my experience. It’s no joke selling and buying so treat people with some form of respect.

GoogleJonathan came to view the property and worked hard to get viewings. Ramsay managed the sale well chasing the buyers to achieve as quick a sale as possible. All the staff were always friendly and respectful. It was good working with them as I did not have to pester them at all. A job well done especially in the current climate. GoogleAbsolutely horrible experience renting a property from this KFH branch. Not only was the apartment worn-down and came with countless issues, but our property managers changed continously during the course of our 2 year tenancy. I would advise any potential tenants to stay away and avoid wherever possible.
